Did you know that finra is putting into new member applications for self clearing that states: "May only clear stock over $5.00 or on a national exchange"? or in some cases blatantly saying " May not clear OTC stocks"?

You can't possibly know that. It is only MM activity.
For instance, if a market sell is made, any MM activity will be limited to the total number (quantity) listed in their SPREAD. They can do that 100 times, but the seller is only selling once, you are seeing the tranches. You think there are 100 sells, but there is only one seller, and one sell order.

Keep buying. You see a filing? Last one due November 15th. NSAV is broke. Filings are expensive. Expert market coming where they no longer would have to file but in the US no one could buy. Kiss of death.

NSAV never had a single product. It has never 'earned' a penny. I've had it since early 2017 and got some 'free' dividends that are still sitting in etrade, unusable.
I was tricked by JT into buying tons of NSAV stock, which subsequently went to quad zero. But, I made a LOT of money, when it mysteriously recovered to $0.14. I still have 40M shares left.
I, and my friends whose portfolio I managed, are all debt free and comfortably living out our lives. Not because of anything NSAV did, but because of that mysterious spike in price, that had nothing to do with the company itself.

They don't care about NSAV or the stock. They care about the players and where the money went once the tokens were sold and the fraud behind what was being sold. NSAV is dead and no agency cares. This comes down to a select group of people. All will be revealed soon.

Luckily I've been trading the OTC for over 30 years. Early 2021 was fantastic. I say 2025 will be huge in crypto. I own over 60 cryptos and have been doing crypto for 4 years now. Finally way in the green. Huge learning curve in crypto. First time ever my crypto account is worth more than my OTC account.

Covid, social media, everyone home trading, government money. Every OTC went up then and not one reporting trip play left. All .001 or above. That will never happen again. New SEC filing rules in March 2021, implemented September 2021, killed the rally and overall the OTC has been shit for over 3 years. We will never se another early 2021 again. Was the best OTC market ever December 2020 to March 2021.

I was thinking there was two possibilities as to why the court hasn't ended the case. The first was concerning the motion by NSAV about the default judgment but that has been ruled on. The other was this which might be the reason for the delay. Frankly, I can't think of any other reason:

Knowing what I know and what Federal agencies are working on this, combined with the fact that we know Castleman sent the receiver findings to the SEC, it is entirely possible that the judge has been asked not to close the case yet.
So we wait.
