I believe the window for Ant to take any action closed some time ago. Everyone either sold and took the loss or just papered their bathroom walls. I guess the saying all hat and no cattle applies.

I think ant will need a bit more than being blessed by god with prayer........We all invested in someones dream. It was a long shot from the start......I would not be surprised one bit to find out the lawyers for the Faros have eaten ant alive...running for cover might be his best option......

Women do read this message board. Please, we can all be angry and nasty, but to what end does that bring us? I am thinking about all the small guys who thought they could beat the market in paper silver. Today, they are all going to go bankrupt.

NNLX product development got beat down by the big boys and here's how it happened.

Did you ever take the time to see to whom all the government COVID research funds were awarded. It was the little companies who worked with big companies. In the end they absorbed the little guys and they are almost all gone.

Sometimes I have seen men with $$ in their eyes. Every penny they have every made, including mortgaging their house, they spend in the dream. They really do think that they can get past all the stuff on their own. But the system is really stacked against them.

We have waited this long, maybe something will yet happen. So to Ant, God Bless You and I will pray to that end.

This is the year I’m taking the loss. . . Let my broker know today to liquidate my 136K shares (some owned since 2007!). It’s been interesting. Of course, there’s no reason to liquidate the 212K in my Roth account since I can’t take a loss. They will just be a constant educational reminder!

Hey ANT, it's mid December, how bout an update!

Just because you patent something doesn't mean it's groundbreaking or that you have an amazing, disruptive invention. You can patent a rock, or you can patent 3 jelly beans glued together, or you can patent Mr Socko. NNLX could not master a low-tech petri dish that they claimed would last forever in its packaging. It NEVER lived up to its claim. Now, if you CAN'T master a low-tech petri dish, then all of a sudden you're going to develop some revolutionary high-tech diagnostic test that has potentially life-or-death consequences for women. That's an extremely high bar that requires rigorous testing and oversight in gold-standard environments with reputable clinical sites to validate its results. We are looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, to bring such technology to market. I don't mean to rain on any of your hopes I'm just trying to educate you on the facts. The lure to buying NNLX was ALL hype, head fakes and creating a total false sense of something that was absolutely nothing!!!! My opinion only based on EVERYTHING it said and did with the exact same outcomes!! History tells you the story and gives you the facts!!!

Lets create the fantacy that ANT gets the patents. He would need to restart from scratch and need hundreds of thousands/ millions to bring any credibility to the product/testing/research/ white papers with bonified results from accredited research and testing facilities without any gaurantee of success. Does he have those financial resouurces, expertise and understanding? His intentions might be good but I doubt he has the resources, understanding and willing to put that much at risk with potentially losing it all if it can't pass the rigourous litmus tests!

Yman- I really don't think ANT is playing any of you as fools. I think he has good intentions, but he is way out of his league in understanding gold-standard clinical protocols and utilizing accredited clinical sites when conducting studies. The depth, money, accredited clinical sites, proper protocols, oversight, and white papers require a significant amount of money to produce a clinical product of this nature. Something NNLX failed in every way.

There are highly regarded clinical sites throughout the US that companies need to use to bring credibility to what they're studying and testing. It takes an enormous amount of money and clinical resources, plus the liability is huge. The gold standards have to be met to give any credibility, something that NNLX fell short in every way. AND, you wonder why very smart people had ZERO interest in NNLX patents to nowhere. HO HO HO

What's the definition of insanity? Thinking after 13 straight years, NNLX patents to nowhere will somehow become the disruptive technology of the future from a defunct company that no longer exists, turned all of its investors' money into toilet paper, and the value of the company is worth zero. In fact, toilet paper has more value!!

My opinion is based only on the facts/results and 45 yrs of investing. Spend your time investing in quality public companies with real balance sheets. If we don't hear anything by mid Dec yman the I think Ant's quest has failed. My broker said they could liquidate my account and I can take the loss. What gets me though is that MV claims the patents are worthless. If that was true then why would BB and the Faros sell them and make some money?

From Ants 10/3/25 post the deadline to obtain counsel extended to November 30th. Counting today there are only 4 work days to the deadline. We should know if this is moving forward including shareholders, Ant alone or if it's over very soon. Odds either way 33%. Hoping for the best.

Inquiring minds might like to speculate what an independant Law Firm might charge to bring suit against those who ant and others thinks are responsible for the demise of this investment we all suffered at the hands of Nanologix, Bret, Faros and whoever else a smart law firm can attack.........Five digits easy and maybe up to 50 large.......

Santa Claus is not real!! Either are the patents to nowhere. They have zero value.

AI is already emerging in medicine today, and it will be on steroids and dominate in the years to come in all areas of testing, medicine, science, and technology. To think these worthless, outdated patents from a decade ago have any disruptive place in medicine is just blind in understanding medicine, testing protocols, science, and patents to nowhere. The only thing NNLX did really, really well. They did a great job putting out glossy press releases to nowhere, and lots and lots of smoke and mirrors. I applaud Ant's efforts, but I do not know what his expertise is when it comes to medicine, science, technology, and the proper testing protocols required that prove your technology is disruptive and bigger than penicillin. Remember, you can patent anything, but when it comes to medicine, there are gold standards that need to be followed to prove your product works. Patents are one thing, but patents that prove your technology works are another. And, it takes millions and millions of dollars to conduct studies to validate your clinical outcomes. Now, here are the facts: if the patents had any value, they would have been acquired many years ago. Why did they not get scooped up? Because it's all BS!!! AI will take over so many aspects of medicine and will replace many mainstream tests and technologies of today. In fact, AI is being used in many areas of medicine today, and will rule in all aspects of testing and medicine in the years to come.
