Bottom line folks, this guy has diluted more than the AS twice before and then raised it after the fact. He will do it again, just like changing the direction of the company. It is a share selling scheme, nothing more. Buyer beware.

This guy diluted more than the a/s before and then filed with the sos an a/s change informing them of the sale after the fact.

Don't fool yourself about not being able to dilute without first raising the a/s cuz he's done it twice already.

Not all of it but a good bit of it is from dilution. I have been tracking this one since the R/S. In the last 30 days the actual float has gone from 1 Million to 4.5 Million which means in the last 30 days the float has gone up about 3.5 Million. In the last 30 days we have had about 9 Million in total volume. Still worth throwing a few bucks in at these prices just incase. News has been pretty good on it. Gonna be harder to come back after a 1/60K R/S but eventually IMO it will come back if the dilution does not get too bad.

The drop in price isn't from toxic dilution...so far its been minimal...its because there is a complete lack of buying. Either lack of interest or skepticism about this company due to its past behavior. That's reasonable. But its a math game now. AS is the key indicator.

Regardless of what disgruntled individuals may think until the AS is raised there is no evidence of toxic dilution. This SS is very small.

OTCN is the dumper who I walked down to this point to grab more shares. He only dumped a couple hundred K along the way. This thing is super thin. Any news and buying pressure and it flies. Until the AS is raised I don't see any issues.

Its actually over 4M. Still very low for a stock trading this low but untill they stop selling it not going up IMO. I did get a few at .0046 yesterday just incase they turn off the faucet

This is post reverse split which has caused the low volume. Recently he was pumping whiskey and maxed out all dilutive shares and then performed a 1 for 60,000 reverse. Now their pumping something else and if any volume comes in they'll be diluting again. Just a scam.

Actually it is your typical dilution scheme, Morgan has been doing this for a few years here. Just look at who he partnered with to start with on this and look up the background on those individuals. This is a share selling scam....nothing more, nothing less.

This float is only around 4M and the AS is only 100M. There is no way it should be this price. If they raise the AS then you know we are screwed. This has been walked down on almost no volume. Not your typical dilution scheme.
