Ok, I thought that was odd, I spent a couple hours researching Hongan Guo, there is an absolute shite ton of info on him and could not find him connected to anything beyond Shunlian Power and Xiaoshi Group, made no sense to me why he would have needed another shell. I guess they got their filings confused with AUNM's or something.

I'll look into the new guy later today, see if I can find anything.

IDK, after further searching I can't figure what this is being used for, however, its been long anticipated that Hongan Guo's company, Shunlian Power, would go public at some point, so if he rolls that in here it should get very interesting.

Hmm....ok interesting, I remember researching Honggan Guo a few months ago, there is tons of info on him in China, I could post links all day..lol. I looked into it as he had recently bought AU_NM and took his company Xiaoshi Holding Group public on the HK stock exchange. I don't think it was meant to be a dual exchange listing per se but Xiaoshi Group(AU_NM) was going to be an independent listing of the HK one, they still are working on that, he just got it a few months ago.

I'll have to dig into it a little more, I'm not entirely sure why he bought another OTC shell but I'm sure there are some plans for it.

Not really a big fan of how the deal in NB_RY was structured, that's 1M shares of Series A Preferred Stock that convert into a whopping 1B Common Shares. So one day you think you got a stock with a nice share structure, you check OTCM Security Details and low and behold there are hundreds of millions or a billion shares outstanding, because the Chinese decided to convert their preferred shares into commons in order to have a higher market cap.

I've been burnt like that before and its no fun, the Chinese just don't care about share structure like we do...they only care about market cap.

Hopefully Ben puts something good in here, I understand its just a business and its more about moving shells but I think he's selling himself short if he just takes the first $150K offer he gets from some Chinese AI startup or something like that. I think he should save it for something better, I feel pretty confident he could get $250K - $300K.

I didn't like the VV_WT share structure, so I didn't buy that one but I will admit at least it was kind of intriguing for a Chinese RM, as Fufeng Group is a Chinese Fortune 500 company I believe, so its at least interesting to watch what they are going to do with it but in general I'd prefer to see something other than Chinese merge in here.

However, if it is Chinese, as usual I will be digging into it as soon as the COC is announced.

I got 41k on that 50k dump, tried to get some more but didn't get them. I'm okay with that. And always nice to see you and Potse in the same stock!

I'm a little frustrated with myself, there were only two legacy dumps of any significance since it went back OTCID, one for 50K and one for 70K.

I should have gotten some of those 70K, I saw the old legacy baggie on the ASK and I just knew he was itching to dump his 70K. I tried to stay on the top of the bid and use what shares I had to constantly undercut his ASK. Not that I wanted to sell, so it was risky but to piss him off and goad him into dumping to me on the bid....lol....and it worked but I fell asleep at the wheel and I guess you or Potse jumped my bid and got filled instead....lol.

Oh well, thats OK, if I were going to pick anyone on iHub to get those shares other than me, it would be you, Potse or tortlawyer...so I can't complain....lol.

If we get a good merger.....this should move pretty well I think.

Nice, got a few here as well. I saw someone kept jumping my bid right after it went OTCID, so I'm glad it was you who beat me out, someone who knows how to trade.

I'm a sucker for any shell that has a 95%+ share delivery percentage....and can still maintain a nice low share structure. With that kind of percentage, there is no real reason for someone to come in and issue shares in any merger IMO. For me, I put a lot of value in that, as a shell with 70% or 80%, is almost guaranteed to issue a ton of shares, or r/s, as most folks want 90%+ of the common shares, the higher the better. Sure, there may be someone out there satisfied with just 100% of preferred control but in general, in my experience folks merging in want control of the commons.... and a lot of it.

Combine that with limited trading historically and very few old legacy bagholders willing to dump, its been extremely difficult to get shares, far more than I expected......I think they could roll something good in here, in fact I'd say this is one of the nicer custodian shells overall.

MOMT (.07)...accumulated position.....

I've accumulated a nice position in the MOMT shell over the last couple of months (cost basis is under .049). If MOMT follows the pattern of other recent Synergy Management (Ben Berry) shells, the incoming reverse merger target will acquire all of the common shares that Synergy owns. That would leave a legacy share count (shares not owned by the incoming target) of around 4.1M shares. So the possible legacy share valuation here (which is the analysis method I use to evaluate/compare shares) looks pretty attractive to me at these sub-10 cent prices.

Assuming the legacy share situation plays out the way I expect (and depending on the quality and final structure of the reverse merger, of course), I think it would be completely reasonable to think MOMT could achieve at least a $1M legacy share valuation. That would be a 25-cent share price. Quite a few shells have been reaching some very nice legacy valuations this year after their change in control transactions. VVWT (one of Synergy's recent deals) has a legacy count of 94M shares and saw its legacy valuation exceed $3M.

I believe that you are mistaken.

What's happened is what had to happen in the legal system.

All CFO's and CEO's had to step down legally.

Momt has won the battle and is now in with royalties and earnings that belonged to it.

Re-read the whole thing I know it's a lot but it says that momt is now back in control of its India's operations, (it was hijacked), it was in the hands of what I think would be a crazy person, whom deceived and stole the profits from momt.
He is going to prison just read it fully, take your time.

Momt in my opinion is going up and very up with the next pr.
