After it recovered from the March 2020 market break it has been in a not so steady decline.

Monthly chart of MICR ending 18 December 2020. Appears to have broken through the almost 5 year decline this month. It hit a new 52 week high of 3.80 and closed at 3.35 on Friday. My 2021 be a good year for MICR.

MICR has recovered from its drop earlier this year.

Monthly chart of MICR ending 26 September 2020. It now appears to be trying to recover from the market break earlier this year. Maybe it will continue to move in the right direction. Only time will tell. Hope everyone has a great and safe weekend.

Ten year daily chart for MICR for week ending 15 May 2020. Moving to OTC and the market break came at about the same time as seen in the chart. The last I checked there was only 2.9 million shares outstanding. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the future. Hope all have a great weekend.

Micron Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: MICR) (the “Company”), a diversified contract manufacturing organization, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Micron Products, Inc., producing highly-engineered, innovative components requiring precision machining and injection molding, announced results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2020.

In the first quarter 2020, the Company reported $5,233,000 in revenue, as compared to $4,686,000 in the first quarter of 2019, an 11.7% increase. The net loss for the first quarter of 2020 was $285,000 compared to a net loss of $519,000 in the first quarter of 2019. Adjusted EBITDA for the period was $287,000, compared to $203,000 in the first quarter of 2019, a 41.4% increase.

This is a classic pump and dump going on. The management team is pumping the stock before they delist so they can sell their own shares as well as company shares prior to delisting.

Daily chart for MICR ending 17 May 2019. I have had health issues and have not kept a close look at the chart. Today I noticed it had changed and I am not sure when it happened. I am still holding this stock and waiting to see what happens next. Best of luck to all.

The daily chart for MICR ending 16 March 2018 is seen below. The past 6 months or so have been trading in a narrow range. The slow downward movement for the last 3 years seem to have come to a bottom. Only time will tell if this is the bottom or not. I look for another 3 to 6 months in this range at least. Remember this is IMO only.

I have been following this stock for just a few weeks. Following the Ted Warren method, I like the looks of this chart.
