Did you read the lawsuit It has fraud , conspiracy to commit fraud, insider trading,not revealing material information , Lieing to the SEC , Making up documents, and bank loans which probably has some mail wire fraud etc etc etc I don't know of any company that has lawsuits like what was just reveal
