Merger is making great progress with its laser mining project. Look at their website. There are some new pieces of information there now to look at.

Look at the website. There are 2 really interesting videos there showing lasers being used for drilling. Can't see any reason why they can't be used very well for mining.

Merger Mines is now designing lasers for mining. It is amazing that this technology has not been applied to mining before. Just imagine how effective laser mining will be for mining narrow vein systems! From what I can see on their website, this company and its lasers could help to revive mining operations all over the world. I will be watching their progress very closely.
