LUVU just posted their most recent quarter. Looks like they are on the path to return to profitability. They are reducing debt and there is no dilution. Only 5 cents. THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM! LUVU !

Agreed. Some new leadership and consistent gross margin improvement, this stock should pop. Company worth a lot more than the current price.

Just one fragment of positive news will put this back between .20 and .40 cents. Capital assets and brand value put it .20 easily. It's hard to say where it would go with a retirement announcement or new CEO named. Looking forward to it!

Looks like their Jaxx's brand is marketing a lot more. Finally! I think there is some real market upside for the casual furniture space. And their stuff looks really good. My 20 something kids love their stuff.

Looks like it's on it's way already! Over a million shares traded today. I think with the diversity of brands as well as the many channels of retail sales including Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon, CVS, Walgreens, Overstock, and Home Depot, they should return to profitability soon. They discussed selling commercially to motels and such on the conference call as well. Go team LUVU!

Looks like they are having an earning call tomorrow. And have put together a plan to turn this around. Will be interesting to hear what they have to say.

Luvu Brands Inc. to me is quite an undervalued OTC QB stock. With the PE currently sitting at 4.82, MRQ Price to Book is below 3.0 at 2.09, and 50% of shares are held by insiders. It has rising revenue, more equity than debt, assets exceed liabilities, and is profitable. Simply Wall Street gives it a “Fair Value” of 0.17 and marks it undervalued by 45.5%. Alpha Spread calculates the intrinsic base value at 0.34 and rates it undervalued by 70%. On top of all that, there is no dilution……yep, no dilution.

LUVU has been in a long steady decline. I am interested in buying at this price (10 - 13 cents) , the company is actually profitable. How will a recession affect them I dont know, but they have maintained profitability thru the latest quarter. Not the most liquid but that's ok, it gets liquid when it needs to be

This stock has been a complete shit show and management doesn't seem to care about shareholders. A grand total of 5,000 shares traded today at 16 cents, so pathetic. I wish they would finally sell and retire.

Interesting, but at this point a rumor until that is confirmed.
If that is in fact true, I hope the company has some interest regarding a buyout offer. This company is so undervalued and could be an excellent acquisition candidate

I heard Louis Friedman (CEO) is retiring soon. I think a new CEO will help prop up the stock price.

Preliminary fiscal 2021 net sales are 25% ahead of prior fiscal year

ATLANTA, GA / ACCESSWIRE / July 15, 2021 / Luvu Brands, Inc., (OTCQB:LUVU), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of a portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands, today announced that preliminary unaudited net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2021 were approximately $5.9 million (or approximately 7% higher) than the $5.5 million recorded in the same period of 2020. Included in the prior year three months ended June 30, 2020 results were $780,000 in sales of PPE products. Excluding the non-recurring PPE sales, the comparable quarter-to-quarter increase was approximately 25%. For the twelve months ended June 30, 2021, preliminary net sales were a record $23.1 million, an increase of approximately 25% from the $18.4 million reported for the prior fiscal year.

this company is selling at 4 PE... show me another company that has that PE and i will buy it also. very undervalued company per the earnings per share, look for this to go higher. i expect 30 cents shortly. good luck to all longs.

wow, this spiked to 28 cents and back a few days ago and not a single soul even posting here, amazing. Personally I would only buy if it falls to 12 cent range, even though its now have the recent high which would normally be a potential buy for me, I dont like basing that on a spike. But I like what they're doing for sure.

cleared my position today on this spike. Sure it could keep going, but I would rather remove risk and buy back at lower prices if it falls back, very simple. especially if the market tanks, this will have a hard time holding up.

well remember, always do as the insiders do, and right now, especially in this parabolic market where insiders are indeed selling, they are not selling, tells you what you need to know. So I would stck with the swing plan as i am doing, we are due for a spike down, I have picked up some but rather waiting for a better opportunity around a dime and below for larger quantities, if it comes, no guarantee.

i don't trust management here anymore.... the CEO has been there forever and seems lackluster.....i might buy back in for a swing trade if it has a big red day

Nice trading! I was surprised to see it gapping UP this morning. Back out the 1-time gain, and the bottom line was disappointing considering the revenue growth imo

Well I sold out of all my LUVU as high as .19, I see it back to .14 cent range where I will start to accumulate if it allows me to in smaller amounts.

Well make sure you have powder for a quick spike down as this has been consistently doing. I have orders down to the 6 cent range just in case, you never know. The lower the price, the larger the order you should have.

It actually looks like it might hold support levels..

wow that near end of the day spike down and up on Thursday was yet another gift, you could only participate if you were live watching it or had GTC orders in to capture it, the latter which was my situation, Absolutely fantastic, glad I had prepared, this stock definitely has those spikes and you MUST be setup to take advantage of them. Already have orders to sell at .16+ if and when we get there.

i found a "youtuber" who recommended LUVU the day before the pop. I put quotes around that cause he only has 7k subs and the video only got 7k views.

Looks like we might get really lucky here guys for those that discovered it before...
