(OTC: LTCP) today announced that effective immediately, Amedeo Dino Sgueglia has accepted the role of CEO, replacing Edward Gibstein, who has served as Interim CEO. Mr. Sgueglia will also join LTCPs Board of Directors. Mr. Gibstein will stay on with LTCP in his new role as Chairman of the Board.

First announced as a consultant in April, as CEO Mr. Sgueglia brings a history of success, credibility, and experience to LTCP. One of his successes led to the sale in 2017, of the company that he built from its inception. At the time of the sale, that company was the largest credit card processor for the Taxicab Industry in the US.

Dino is the first of multiple hires for LTCP as we build our Management and C-suite Executive teams, said Gibstein. I am extremely pleased to have a person with a history of success, who is focused on building brand recognition, revenue expansion, and shareholder value. His background and experience fit our agenda.

Mr. Sgueglia has an extensive background in the Hemp and Cannabis industries and has successfully grown several generations of CBG genetics, through a patented extraction technology. Mr. Sgueglia is a member of the Board of Directors of ProGro Bio, a microbial science company in the Agri-Tech industry.

He has a talent for developing brands, creating marketing strategies, and identifying key people, partners, and strategic alliances. He also has a proven background

Additionally, LTCP is now current with all filings as is now reflected on OTC Markets. The Company’s status is listed as “Pink Current Information” and the “Yield” sign has been removed from OTC Markets website.

LTCP. Amazing so little board discussion resulted from the recent PR. The statements seemed to light a fire under my butt! Yet, nothing. Not a peep.

Sure, for now just words. Yet what they alluded to seems, to me, to offer one heck of a dynamic business proposal. A LOT of logic, rationale and potential in them words! Seems to be a niche to me that is begging to be filled by some astute entrepreneur. Why not LTCP?
