What a present for Christmas, thank you Lord and everyone who said basically hang in here, they were right on. Hopefully we will see a continual revenue increase per quarter to quarter in 2025 and we will know for sure, going ahead, that things have changed with IVDN LAND for good.

With the stock now relisted to the OTC Retail Market we should see more of this trend continue to reflect the company's strongly growing business for its superior Insultex home insulation product line.

Wowza!  Amazing trading day today!  I just noticed this back on my scanner.  Way to go $IVDN!

Sell, sell, sell since you think the Y vs Y numbers stink. It’s trading now and who knows if it stops for another 3 months. 3x’s last year sales and hopefully even more when we get the K. Get out while you can get some cash.

Really good to see this trading again. Must have been an interesting day for the market makers who are wondering where all this came from. But here we are, and today, so far, has been a great opening. It's a route, not a sprint. Trading microcap stocks is usually a bad idea. Holding for growth and I'll take my chances this way.

They actually did VERY GREAT YoY 🤔(more than 100% increase revenues) 3 months and almost 3x more for the 9 months

Loss cut by 40% 3 months and 50%+ 9 months

Cash flow from operation better by 50% as well

Cash on hands up decently since Year end 2023

Liabilities cut by 25% vs Year end 2023

Shares Outstanding basically unchanged vs 2023

So what....we are talking about a company that is supposedly rising from the dead and has all this "momentum". You can talk about YOY results but the thru measure of a growing company is sustained revenue growth during its peak periods.  I'll cut the company a break during winter when construction is usually slow due to weather, but it seems they have reliance on one distributor and that's the issue.

Great Christmas Present to see IVDN has now been restored to normal OTC retail trading and buyers are starting to come in again. The stock should continue to appreciate as more news is released on the growing sales success with Insultex which is starting be be recognized as the best choice in the industry to meet the new building codes for higher thermal performance and a continuous insulation format.

How did they do vs. the same quarter L/Y? That is what Wall Street looks at.

Revenue was actually down sequentially from Q2 to Q3 (300k to 278k)...surprising since some were lead to believe that momentum was building on the sales front, especially during the high season of  construction.

For some reason the company did not update the backlog. Wonder why?

Paying down debt though. A $50k convertible promissory note is due this month. Likely they will pay off from existing cash balance rather than letting note convert to issuance of common shares at .20/share.

Retail traders can't buy IVDN again until the stock is re-listed to OTC Markets Current status but now that the last delinquent financial report has been filed that can happen at any time. The very few shares being reported as traded while IVDN is still on its EM status are not retail trades but likely just exchanges between market makers for bookkeeping reasons. This being a holiday week with a half trading day on Tuesday and then closed for Christmas Day, it's questionable when the first day IVDN will trade at the retail level again will be, but it should not be long now.

Does this mean we can buy the stock?

This was the last overdue filing needed to bring IVDN back to current status. Now that this is finally done the stock can be restored to its normal OTC trading and start reflecting the substantially improving sales of the company's superior Insultex products and the rising revenue stream being generated.

Your comments don’t make any sense, if you read the previous messages of the progress that has been made under Joseph Riccelli Junior. If the stock starts trading this week after not trading for more than three months and you see it ticking up, please sell all of your stock so I can buy more at a lower price. Since your expertise and knowledge in the stock concludes that in the next 12 months, it will not be worth $.40 a share, with such insight you probably would be happy selling it for $.20. Please do if it ever gets there based on your historic knowledge and expertise of this company.

As per the IVDN company’s past statement , Joseph A. Riccelli has been appointed Interim CEO which denotes that he is only CEO here until this company can find and position another CEO for this company with more experience etc. Not taking away from Mr. Joseph A. Riccelli but with that in mind, I do not expect too see big a change here other than the youth picture helping things here a bit. Bottom line, unless things change dramatically here, we will probably still not see a company here that will really forge ahead as should have years back in order to to be able to get a big enough share of the overall construction business to see it’s stock price get anywhere near $1.00 per share. I would consider being lucky if during the year of 2025 the stock price gets back to $.40 per share area and considering a company being in business for many years, that is not something to brag about. JMORO now twenty-two years in business. I Truly hope that I am wrong, not ever going to put frosting on it, just saying it as I see it with all that is still and has been awaiting what has not really come yet for do long, this stock price at least holding and not diving to it’s worst level ever. Everyone must do their own constant research to come up with their own descisions.

Lots of questions of why things happened in the past, but look the past is the past, and we have what I believe is great leadership with understanding of how to drive more business. Whatever the failures were in the past actually is letting us very few, that really understand the disruptive technology that the company has, is actually giving us an opportunity to steal tens or hundreds of thousands of shares at ridiculously low costs. In a way the failure turns into an opportunity and a bonus for us.

Now my question is, why did not the chairman of this company step down earlier as The CEO if he was not capable health wise or other, in order to have had the now interim CEO in position earlier in this company to have probably not got us into the position we are now in, waiting to get caught up in our filings and knowing that we have hopefully, after twenty-two years, that we have really turned the corner finally, into a going and profitable business.

I agree. My understanding is Joey is leaps and bounds more focused on getting the quarterly and year end reports out. It’s unconscionable that any publicly traded company was put in a position to have stopped trading for more than a quarter of the year or longer because they can’t get their financial Information straight. We are in much more capable hands now in regards to keeping current with the required reports, and the stock whenever it trades should see the fruits of his leadership especially over the next year.

Be sure to read the IVDN 8K filing below which details the new management structure of the company at this time. The new CEO is young and well qualified to ensure that the company lives up the the high potential of its patented and superior Insultex products, going forward. The overdue fiscal Q3 financial report was not his fault and I have confidence that this will be resolved reasonably soon so that the stock can be returned to its normal retail trading status and start to reflect the strongly rising order flow we have already heard about in the company's previously issued news and filings of 2024 to date.

On October 3, 2024, the Board of Directors of the registrant (the “Board”) held a special meeting for the purpose of formally invalidating a meeting of the Board purportedly held on September 26, 2024, due to the fact that proper notice of a meeting of the Board on September 26, 2024 was not given as set forth in Section 2.4 of the of the registrant’s bylaws. Also on October 3, 2024, the Board accepted the resignation of Joseph Riccelli, Sr. as the registrant’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, effective immediately. pitcook, as far as caring mostly that revenues keep increasing, I, like everyone would agree with you, my hope is that the expenses do not shoot up as well. Knowing the history of how things have worked out here so far and for so long a time, over twenty-two years, nothing would surprise me here that they do not have full control of what they are trying to attain and unless someone becomes the head head of this company in running it that has the youth, stamina, knowledge in the business IVDN is in along with the perseverance in the day to day running of this business, it will always be the same in being a very small company with big dreams but in maintaining a status of just getting by. I hope that I am wrong, but we have all seen what has happened here for over the twenty-two years and how, with excuses we have gone backwards and as shareholder’s, we are still currently, financially, still way worse off in the history of this company for investing in it. Reality is always what is present and we still have no continually quarterly financial figures along with other current important facts of this company other than knowing that we are still, now December 12, 2024, in the stuck mode Expert Market with our stock not tradesble.

Honestly, the only statements that I, and more importantly, Wall Street investors care about is the financial statement. If sales comp exponentially higher the third and year end quarters, people will see the earnings reports and say who is this company? Once they go to the company website and learn about the miraculous evacuated cells Creating the insulation R – six Value, as I said, this is not a hard sell, this is not even a sell. This is just an education, and once they learn they buy the material.

Once Wall Street learns about the company, they will buy the stock. We are fortunate to be part of an esoteric group who actually know about the company and the Insultex Golden Goose. We will buy the stock once the damn thing starts trading again, way before the rest of the world learns about it’s properties The only thing that is a potential serious problem is that a competitor finds another way to do the similar action creating the continuous insulation and then we will be out of business. We need to get our product certified, and then the floodgates of money will open.

I have noticed that no one who, quite awhile back, was carrying IVDN’s product or using it, like supply houses, construction folks etc, came out with statements about what they thought about it and why they were in some way associated with this product and no one has made any statements in recent months about what has been happening with the current moving of this product etc, there are no restrictions on anyone being able to make statements like they were many months back, kind of odd. JMOT

Based on getting the end of the second quarter’s IVDN financial release on 10/01/2024, that was six months after that quarter’s end, we should be getting the July’s quarterly release by 01/01/2025. Meanwhile the shareholder’s, with this stock being tied up in The Expert Market, have no idea if the revenue figures are going to equal the one good quarter that did come in or if business is getting smothered by too many bitter ends that may not be getting tied together in the running of this business like having an accountant that is now on top of things, like properly coordinating the rest of this business such as being able to keep up with the getting the product out to the customers, and making sure that the payments for the products sold are coming in, that there are no delinquent accounts etc. Currently we shareholders’s are not seeing if the day to day business is keeping up with what is needed in order for this business to succeed. A lot of IVDN shareholder’s, if they have been here for a long period of time have seen what happened here in the past should have happened within a reasonable period of time, has so far turned out to be over twenty-two years ago and we are still in the waiting stage with this stock at it’s non tradeableb ( actual ) lowest price ever.

$IVDN is a growth stock for myself. I plan on holding for the long term because that's how you make the most profits.

While IVDN is still sitting on its temporary EM status I do not believe that any retail traders can enter any orders at all, even market orders. Try to buy some at current prices and see what your brokerage platform tells you. The extremely small amounts of shares that we occasionally see being posted as trades right now are most likely just market makers transferring a few shares between each other for bookkeeping purposes. Since the dollar value represented by these few shares is so low, this is essentially a non-issue.

We know that IVDN is having a strong sales growth year in 2024 from the Fiscal Q2 report that was filed recently. This growing sales success should be reflected even stronger in the Fiscal Q3 report when the company is able to file it and then the Fiscal 10K Annual report that is due by January 31st. I certainly do agree that when all the overdue reporting is caught up and the company starts issuing news again we should see very good rewards for patient investors who have kept their facts straight.

Which broker are you using to buy this stock? I am from Belgium and am trying to find a broker I can use to buy the stock but didn't found one to date.

I thought that these few trades were from people just putting in market orders? What would be the purpose of market makers trading such few shares at such low costs? This is the danger and to never put in a market order in any stock. I believe a lot of people will be ready to buy the stock once the earnings are released. Do you have any estimation when that might happen? If the third and year end earnings continue the momentum of the second quarter, once properly PR’ed to the whole financial industry, I don’t anticipate any issues with this getting to one dollar and then two dollars in a relatively short period of time.

This is not a hard sell. This is not even a sell. Once somebody is “educated” about the unique and Golden Goose disruptive technology properties of the INSULTEX, with its Evacuated Cell System, anyone doing any buildings and not using our INSULTEX house-wrap is doing CONSTRUCTION MALPRACTICE.

IVDN is currently achieving success with its business plan as has been officially documented in the company's Fiscal Q2 report that is on file for anyone to review at this time. It's unfortunate that there has been a temporary issue with getting the Fiscal Q3 report completed but management is working to rectify this situation. The very few shares being exchanged during this time while IVDN has been moved to the temporary EM market status do not represent retail trades as ordinary investors can not trade IVDN while it is under this suspension status. The few trades we are seeing from time to time right now are likely just market makers swapping a few shares for bookkeeping purposes. These few trades really mean nothing. A little more patience should pay off very well here for investors who have their facts straight.

I hope that the many thoughts mentioned in a positive way on this board about IVDN are fully proven to come true and fairly soon. Management is always the crucial factor in any company and reality has not fully been on this one’s side as proven in where this stock has been for along time in tumbling down., Not meaning to be negative here but most of us have a certain life spans and and twenty-two years is a good chunk of time, we invested here for a reason and in reality have watched reverse polarity take place here with this stock. Financial resources should not be any problem for IVDN management now since we saw how much revenues are swelling from the Fiscal Q2 report that has been filed (below). The delay is getting caught up to current is likely more related to the limited availability of certified independent auditors vs the huge number of OTC companies that need them today. Regardless, since they did get the Fiscal Q2 report filed during this delay period, I am sure they will get caught up with the overdue Fiscal Q3 report which is only one needed now to restore IVDN to normal OTC trading status.

IVDN Revenues for the three-month period ended April 30, 2024, were $300,331 compared to revenues of $27,249 for the three-month period ended April 30, 2023. The increase in revenue is attributable solely to an increase in sales of our Houswrap product line.

*As of September 27,2024, we have a backlog of approximately $247,000 in orders for our Housewrap product line.

*As of August 30, 2024, one of our Distributors has generated approximately $550,000 in sales.

*SG&A expenses were $206,722 for the six month period ended April 30, 2024, compared to $234,974 for the six month period ended April 30, 2023.

Just a quick question have not run into many companies that are months late on filing quarterly reports seems like management should have the resources to resolve??

Delays in filings can compound. I think we all understand that this is a temporary situation. I am as frustrated as the next investor, but I believe we are finally on track to get things running right. IVDN just needs to work through their audit issues, but I am confident that they will and we will all be rewarded for the delay. The information we are receiving is positive and I see no reason why this will change. Hang in there. This is a small company. Things take time to resolve. But I am confident that they will.

It's important for investors to keep their facts straight. Yes, IVDN is still on the temporary EM status but progress has been made in correcting this situation since that happened with the filing of the overdue Fiscal Q2 financial report (which showed strong sales & revenue growth) as well as 8K filings on other corporate actions to strengthen management positions. The Fiscal Q3 report was due on September 15th and the company is working to get this filed now. When this is done the stock can be relieved of the EM status and return to an active OTC listing.

The Fiscal Q4 or Annual 10K report is NOT late at this time as this is not due to be filed until January 31st. The very few trades that have have been executed while IVDN has been on EM status do NOT represent retail actions from investors and are only swaps between market makers. The unrealistic low prices that these few trades for a few hundred dollars were executed at do not represent true investor sentiment or any realistic valuation for IVDN and they essentially mean nothing. When the company has all its financial reports up to date again and the stock resumes retail trading on the OTC, we should see a real reflection of the rising value here to correspond with the record sales and revenue growth taking place for the company at this time.

Come on IVDN, let’s get out from The Expert Market and get this stock moving up, where are the third and fourth quarterly financial releases and thus, the year end release. All we have seen for so long is this stock go from around the $1.50 area to the $.40 area and now the $.02 area, after 22 business years for this company it is about time this stock changed direction for good.

Getting to be too long in not seeing IVDN not getting back on track.

No release on anything in awhile , like many more orders still coming in , things are jelling together better, etc.

I know Joey is on top of it expediting its release. I have major excitement waiting for it to come out so the stock starts trading again. If the third quarter comes close or even is greater than the second quarter increase of sales versus last years,

I can’t wait to buy more shares at these ridiculously low costs. And of course, then we will anxiously be waiting for the year-end report which was the end of October, and hopefully the sales momentum continued. As I have mentioned before with our disruptive technology, unique to the rest of the construction world , that once somebody learns about the properties of the evacuated cells. The reason is, this is not a hard sell, it is not even a sell, it is just an education.

Once somebody learns and buys it, I would guess if not 100% at least a high 90 percentile of people will continue to use it, which means our sales also should continue to rocket. This is such an esoteric company/product that really nobody knows about it. But the fact that once properly managed, etc. etc. it should dominate both the moisture barrier and insulation industries.

Again, the very few of us who know about this company and it’s material are going to be able to buy it dirt sheep relative to when the rest of Wall Street learns about it, and really could be a once in a lifetime stock buying opportunity

Once we get the updated certification that the material indeed has it’s R-Value, and all of the home builders will be able to use our material, while saving so much construction costs, with about 30% less Insulation needed, no Insulation Boards (Zip Board) needed, less lumber needed, there will be an auction to pay double digit dollars to license exclusively our Insultex Housewrap.
