berigud, So far, and it seems to be a long so far, you are right, after 24 years and still treading water here with IVDN’s stock pricing, we need a new real driving force management here, considering taking inflation into account, we have actually gone nowhere but backwards as far as this stock’s price is concerned.

After over 20 years with this new "revolutionary" product, IVDN has less than 1% of the housewrap market, less than 1% of the cold weather clothing market, less than 1% of the swim wear market, and less than 1% of the camping equipment market.

Nothing is going to happen to the stock price until the Riccelli's are gone from running this company. Smart money does not invest in incompetence. 20 plus years as a Mickey Mouse company under the same management. Please, please, please, Joey step aside or sell the company.

ProfitScout, you have had and do have a good handle of what is what with IVDN. We all need to see a real stock price breakout here to the upside with it holding up in new territory, that would probably get many a person’s attention as it has been so long in the foundation work going on, thereby currently leaving the door still open as to if and when IVDN’s stock price this time, after many years, will definitely be at much higher prices in the future.

Some nice trades in IVDN today lifting the stock as high as .39 in quick order. With the low float of only 17 million, IVDN moves up easily when buyers are picking up shares at the ask prices. As more of the investing world becomes aware of the strong business growth story developing here we should only see demand for IVDN shares increasing.

In order to see IVDN’s stock price really ever come alive, we are going to have to see revenues of multi millions and more keep coming in per quarter, a few hundred thousand $ increases per quarter are not, IMO, going to do much of anything thus we see what is going on continually with the stock price as much time has been passing by. IVDN has nothing as of yet to have moved this company’s stock price to any reasonable level considering taking all that has been put out over and over!

IVDN owns the patents on both the evacuated cell design that makes Insultex unique and superior as well as its manufacturing process. The competition can not take the advantage away from IVDN. Quite the opposite is what is happening now with the steady and strong market penetration of this unmatched product further in to the homebuilding industry as we have clearly seen in the IVDN news that has just reached seven trailing quarters of profitability. One thing for sure here, IVDN is one heck of a repetitive business situation in nowhere near having enough revenues yet to move this stock up to any decent level and hold it up there, too slow in getting this operation to where it needed to be a long time back, and fairly still slow currently. Why have they not received permission to release the names of those 150 locations and where they are, it would be additional advertising for those locations to be getting more business. It always seems to take IVDN too long to get its house moving quick enough in one direction when some other contingency snags up more time, slows the process down, giving more time to a larger company to strike with the next phase in the same industry.

24 years and still not a single legally-required annual shareholder's meeting.

Maybe it is really time, as some have said here in the pst, to sell off this company to some one who has the real capital and knowledge and expertise to, after 24 years, get this company really on it’s way to this stock rallying to at least above the $1.50 level that it had once attained and staying up there.

Now in our seventh month of 2026, the 24th year of IVDN being in business and this stock is still trading, today with a 61,0000 shares sold and 1,000 shares bought, still just about four months gone by with no completion of the current Certification process. Come on now, yes we have seen our revenues increase but this stock has done nothing in advancing and staying at a better level showing so far what the real belief is here, it has been just the churning of stock here, day after day, week after week, month after month year after year,

It has been almost six months and we have yet to hear of any completion taking place of the last Certification Processing.

With the fiscal year that IVDN operates on, the next quarterly report is due by June 15th. Thanks to the new company management's efforts, a new and more reliable accounting firm has been contracted and is consistently allowing IVDN to file on time. With the record sales that the company has been announcing, including 6 trailing quarters for profitability to date, the growth trend here remains strong and continuing to improve.

It’s been a couple of months since IVDN formally released any news.

When you think about it, this is a pretty remarkable company. How many other stocks are there in the US market that sell for less than 50 cents per share that are profitable and have less than 50 million shares outstanding. Plus, add in the potential once the certification happens, and this is a stock worth watching. Still holding and adding a little more over time. The reward far outweighs the risk.

Does anyone know, when management gave the current job of certifying for IVDN to The Certification Company if that Company stated approximately how long it would take to give IVDN’s management the results, a couple of months, a year, two years etc? The longer it takes, the harder it will be to hold this stock’s price where it is currently and the longer it will take to get us moving on a faster more solid pace in this industry.

Obviously, IVDN management is doing a great job as reflected by the company's strongly growing sales and all time record financial totals that have been posed for the last 6 quarters with profitability every time. Long term investors are well set up to reap real rewards as long as they appreciate the success story being put together here.

According to AI, the house wrap business is around $5 billion annually worldwide . Dupont spent $400 million to expand Tyvex production. This company is going nowhere in the house wrap business.

You are correct, I am not optimistic about IVDN future. Not with the Riccelli's running things. They have had 20+ years to get this product up and selling. Nobody is investing any kind of REAL money in the Riccelli's.

Where is the shareholders meeting? It is time that the shareholder hold them and the BOD legally accountable.

The BOD fired Joe sr and gave us Joe jr.. It is time to FIRE Joey, a person with NO previous experience, and maybe the BOD for their failures.
