Slowly but surely the Construction Industry is learning about the totally unique properties of the patented INSULTEX material. To see strong growth, the company is going to have to get architects at the home builders to spec in their product. Otherwise it will be a slower, long term slog as home builders are so used to using DuPont Tyvek and Henry Fortifiber which are proven products in their minds.

They are not generating profit they are operating at a net loss. They do need capital to pay for their machine which they have been trying to buy for many years now. They need capital for marketing for salaries for workforce or they can skimp thier way to profit as they have been doing very slowly for years

So are you saying that you don’t think the company has enough capital to grow the business the way it has been exponentially growing? How much money do you think the company needs to raise? Personally, I think with the way they are doing more business, they are also generating more profit to finance it. What other concerns do you have?

It is never too early to initiate a relationship with potential large buyers, funders, and acquirers. The cost of doing so, however, is that the company is places itself under a microscope every quarter. It means a small business needs to grow up and scale quickly in full view of an entire industry. It can be done, but it takes a lot of work. That means people and that means the company will need capital. In this case, I would fully support a capital raise. Without money, IVDN cannot hope to scale quickly.

Any of the discount brokers like Charles Schwab or E-Trade can be used to buy IVDN. The company is currently up to date on all of its required financial and other SEC filings so there should be no issues with placing buy orders.

I can tell you that none of my IVDN shares are up for sale at this time. From the news we have been seeing, especially the company's latest announcement below, 2025 should show stronger and stronger sales results and all time record revenue generation here. There are a number of factors that have contributed to this "perfect storm," not the least of which is the new building codes going into effect across the US that specify exactly what IVDN's Insultex House Wrap offers. My orders didn’t fill today will try again on Tuesday but seems people are holding tight I started at 0.29 went up to 0.31 and still didn’t fill when a lower order filled at 0.23 but number of shares was much less than my order
