It is now July 1, 2026, this stock’s price situation has not improved but done just the opposite, gone way down from the year it was at $1.50, and down approximately 50% from it’s last low high of $.42, now that is not a sign of a company in it’s best shape ever. This is not, or will it ever be in the same league of a Tyvek, and a few others revenue wise. IVDN after 24 years still has a long long ways to go to see if it’s stock will ever believe in it’s own company.

Agreed SilverRaider. IVDN is already a winner with 7 trailing quarters of profitability and the sales numbers just keep growing. This is not really a gamble anymore unless you don't have a proper mindset of investor discipline. Those who take the time to read the company news & reports and see the big picture coming together here should find the necessary patience for the stock appreciation curve to catch up to the company's increasing business growth. Add to that, we know that there is a major catalyst on the way to deliver dramatically higher sales and earnings when the certification process underway right now gets completed. July 1 2026, do you know where your money is and how much is left, 7 months into, and no certification completion as of yet, 24 years and still with our revenues nowhere in site or near where tjey should be in a $18.4 billion $ industry.. Yes I repeat, but stock price wise, reality is still where we are after 24 years!

Two trading sessions to go and IVDN will have completed eight months of being in IVDN’s current business year, 2026. Yes, we have seen the the last 7 quarters of increasing revenues, but those revenues are still far short of what is needed in order to, as we have seen, move this stock in the right direction and hold it up there. We are constantly seeing what the relation of this stock’s price is to those last 7 quarters in not even at least holding at a better level, NO, and why, because of the long past history here still has not gone away, why, because we know that we yet have not really accomplished what we should have done so by now, 24 years of not being able to really expedite quick enough when needed, leaving way too much time that keeps passing by, which we possibly could see at this rate, a much better product coming out by one of the majors in the not too distant future before we can be in a much better exposure position in this industry. Finally, someone else calling for new management. All the Riccelli's have done is suck a paycheck out of all of us for over 20 years. Has junior ever worked a job outside of working for daddy?

The only way to get rid of the Riccelli's, after the FTC investigation, is in handcuffs. I dream that day comes soon.

The Riccelli's can not, have not, attracted investment. SMART investors stay away from incompetence. Dumb investors hang on to a false dreams (me included). In fact, even the folks that own this stock for decades have not been investing any new money into the company.

Searay, we aren't even a fly.

You should take a look at posts from 2014. That was the last time Insultex was to be certified. Start at post 1800 and read the next 50. It is kind of funny if it wasn't so sad.

You will see the same posters posting the same BS today. In fact I think some of these posters just cut/paste the same thing for last decade plus. I don't believe a thing they post. They don't have any inside info.

Insultex did not get certified in 2014. It will not get certified today.

I have no faith in the Riccelli's. They have proven to be incompetent for over 20 years. The BOD needs to fire them once and for all. And the FTC needs to investigate the Riccelli's for fraud. When was the last shareholders meeting? NEVER?

This company needs to concentrate on what it can sell, clothing, swim wear, and camping equipment. Sell products that don't need certification. They will never get more than a 1% of the housewrap industry at their price point.

June 20, 2026 currently now with a $.24 IVDN stock price, speaks loud and.clear of what position that IVDN is in. It is still not even a small fly on an elephants back.

It's not uncommon for older copy from filings to just be carried over without necessarily being fully up to date each time. This happens with many companies. The company press releases are generally the best sources for the most up to date information.

On February 2nd, IVDN management announced that their specialized testing machine had been delivered to the independent testing laboratory and that testing procedures had already begun. The process of arranging for the subsequent certifications was also commenced by that time. IVDN Certification Program - How do you define "on track". Are we talking months, years, decades? Seems like there's still a ton to do and very little free cash to do it. The certification program is a good step forward, but this is going to take a while to complete:

"The new quality control testing equipment for our House Wrap Product line has been built. We have reached an agreement with the vendor on the final amount. As of April 30, 2026, we have paid approximately $39,139 in deposits for the equipment. It has been said about IVDN, that it can be a volatile stock to the upside, that we have not seen, but, to the downside, now that we have seen a couple of times. How will this stock’s price close out it’s current year come the end of October 2026 is anyone’s guess, right now things would have to change drastically in order to see that happen as everything thrown out from company for a long time now has not made a dent in getting it back up to $1.50 level, never mind even getting it back up to the $.42 level and at least hold up to that level after all the time that has past by, is not a very good sign of what to expect from this stock. Tomorrow is another day, maybe the trading will be different, maybe it will be 24K shares sold and 2K shares bought. I have to laugh when I look back a few years and read a few posters saying that this stock could possibly reach $15.00 to $20.00 per shares in a few years. At this rate, we will be lucky if it ever just gets back up to $1.50 .🤠
