Interfoundry Inc New (PK) (ITFY)

He's had some sort of merger in the works for ages with a manufacturing co out of Riverside, CA but its never panned out, I assumed due to his SEC problems. The last merger of his I followed was WYPH, which was so bad it was almost comical, however, because the float here was only 64K I held on, as you just never know.

1.00 BID now. I was able to bid buy .55 on the sell-off. Didn't know it was FI, but it still looks like may be something possibly. It's a waking zombie, but I also have a handfull from back in the day from him. I thought he was under indictment or something. It would be a gift for someone taking over.

Well that was a pleasant surprise, ole Franky Igwealor ticker I've had for ages just blew up out of nowhere today. I figured this was dead money given his issues with the regulators but since the float was so low I saw no reason to sell for peanuts.
