i dont know. i put an order in to buy at .0001 earlier this week, wouldnt fill, then they put the price at .001 with little volume.

I was a Mod on CBYI, I know that stock, that was some 4 years ago, problem is Etrade and many brokerage firms are now restricting Caveat Emptor stocks from being purchased.

Understand, but its potential is huge. I had CBYI and it made over 30 times of my money in a very short time.

It's listed as Skull & Bones, it has a long way to go.

This is very clean shell. I had GEGP/GMSC/GHTI and all had a very good run.

I would encourage you to entertain broader horizons. This shell failed badly, I don't feel you'd want to handicap yourself with a bad name. Your choice of course but I wonder if this is even a clean shell. Take a look at IEME been dormant for years you might have better luck there. Any pink can turn on a dime of course depends on your product or service?

IPMG cleaned out a lot of traders who implicitly trusted the guy. I'm not convinced aligning yourself with that stigma could help a new company get the most bang for it's buck.

If I was to buy a shell such as this company and reverse merge my company into it would I get an honest look by potential investors or would this ticker continue to carry the bad name? Reason I ask is I am going to go public here in june and am trying to opinion poll so to speak

Considering there track record apparently it was the best case solution. They tried to restructure the shell as something else but it was far from legitimate. If memory serves correctly it was a botched effort from the get go, to put it mildly.

My advice, move on from this boiler room rip off, the juice ain't worth the squeeze.

This is nothing more than a worthless shell and you I presume are a bottom picking gold bug. Take my advice you can do better elsewhere in this resource super cycle, the sordid history of this company is to twisted and obfuscated to put in one post.

I lost everything along with many MANY others not once did this management have the backbone to explain why or how it all went so terribly wrong. Instead they simply continued to pump one snow job PR after another.

Man had I known what I know now I'd never had invested here. Easy to say now. I've tracked approximately 40 penny stocks on IHUB for a couple years now, most primarily focused in precious minerals or OIL and a few other techies. They all traded on the OTC or pinksheets. I just noticed that of all the stocks I have had on my radar, 1 looks to have made it.

Looking back as I do now I can't help but smirk. I know what I was doing, trying to make a fortune on a few bucks I'd made in college. It would have been nice had I picked the right one but in the end I learned alot and it was always a form of entertainment getting on these boards and reading up and DD'in. Thanks to all those that contributed here over the years, it was fun while it lasted :P -KicN

You just have to look at all of the companies that have had dealings with these guys.

Looking closely at all of them - you can develop a pattern of share structure changes (IE mokeying with the float, class B's with super voting rights that kill the shareholder etc etc) and the end result - look at the PPS of all the above companies - downhill - most to sub penny.

The end result is always the same. Most of the time these companies are nothing more than websites. There are no offices, no staff and more importantly - no revenue. Hell half these companies do not even list a phone number - just a number to IR (whoever that may be).

It doesn't matter, as this probable scam imo is just about done anyway imo. The board pump from the Mina minions is over and has been over for several weeks. They came, they went. IPMG is right back to where it always was and always will be, nothing.

Hey Alexindef. Since you asked I bailed because I have been through this 5 times in my "penny gambling" career and all 5 times the share price plummeted with little or no liquidity after the reverse merger and split. It turns out this was good move for me as I used the very limited funds I recovered to buy more EXPH and it started to move shortly thereafter (check it out). Anyway, I really hope it works out for everyone here. I accummulated IPMG for 2 years hoping we could capitalize on the POG rush. Oh well! I guess that's all part of the game...
