Lies and false rumors by paid bashers about IFUS,the health of Marc and Rhonda,and the future pps of IFUS as always should continue to be ignored.
Longs are holding long term and expect pr's and multiple positive updates in Letters to IFUS Shareholders in 2025 to validate the progress of Joint Venture in India,validation and commercialization of bagasse sales from testing by multiple universities,oak ridge laboratories,and increases documented in financials of better sales and revenues.
I talk to or email the IFUS team weekly and their health has never been better.
I do expect the millions of IFUS shares being manipulated by marketmakers,hedge funds and shorts will attempt to scare weak hands again before IFUS pps reaches new highs in 2025 and they are scrambling to cover.
How many penny stocks does anyone own that will increase in value 5 times or more in 2025.

🏆️ How did $102.000 in inventory disappear with no record? The last report filed shows that existing inventory fell from $120,000 of feed stock to $18,000 in a year ... even though there were only $20,000 of sales in the entire year. So, $102,000 of inventory disappeared with no explanation. If this were a genuine company there would be either a detailed explanation or a thorough investigation in which heads would roll.
There are only three possibilities.
A) The inventory was given out freely to ranchers/farmers to use so that IFUS could claim it was shipping product,
B) The inventory never actually existed,
C) The inventory was sold but Walther stuffed his pocket with the proceeds and did not report them as required. This fits right in with Walther's well known and long term propensity of defrauding shareholders and embezzlement.

IFUS is a legitimate company that has the potential to be a life changing stock. I believe they are building IFUS the right way the last few years when the debt was removed along with individuals that failed to steal the company.
No paid basher will ever admit that the pps of IFUS will continue to rise in 2025 and 2026 as it continues to build the company the right way.
Paid bashers have guaranteed that cattle will not eat SGP,that the Joint Venture is completely made up,and that there is no science behind IFUS and all their products.

New Year 2025 Update: Initial Results from India Dairy Trial, Scientific Studies with respect to
Lignin Degradation and Depolymerization.

Results are being provided to us regarding the India Dairy Trial. From the pictures sent to
us, even with the minimal introduction of the SGP+2.0™ into the ration mix, improved
Manure Scores were noted. Dairy cow grazing habits can be quite complex. However, what
they did eat impacted the Manure Score in a notable way (Score 1 to nearly Score 3).
The science is telling us that when Score 3 pats are created by a ration mix containing 60%
plus SGP+™, the degraded and depolymerized lignin is producing as per Dr. Pat Bagley
“The Holy Grail” of energy and nutrition for beef and dairy cows. Normally full benefits are
seen in the herd about 6 months of introducing the ration with some immediate result noted.
The India trial averaged a 15% mix of SGP+2.0™. Yet, it produced improved pats within
days. This is actually REMARKABLE.
The scientific literature is confirming that lignin is actually being both degraded and
depolymerized (See attached article and Figure 2 specifically: Intracellular pathways for
lignin catabolism in white-rot fungus. Intracellular pathways for lignin catabolism in white-rot

Please note, where this attached article was science performed in the U.S. on “poplar
trees”, other studies, when overlayed, tell us the lignin found in sugarcane bagasse has very
similar biochemical degradation and depolymerization pathways. Per the article, both T.
versicolor and G. subvermispora were involved in the degradation and depolymerization of
the lignin. Both of these fungi are known to be present in sugarcane bagasse as part of the
overall microbial class known as White-rot fungus.
Furthermore, a second scientific study is attached in support of the lignin degradation and

These are but two (2) of literally hundreds of studies published in juried scientific journals
that support IFUS’ claims of lignin degradation and depolymerization. Please note polymeric
degradation is VERY different from depolymerization. These are two very different physical
and chemical processes.
The physical production of SGP+™ is as CRITICAL as the ingredients. Science and testing
have proven this true. A stunning observation confirmed by numerous scientists from
SURAEC supports this. Steaming sugarcane bagasse is added to the machine with a
temperature in excess of 140 degrees F. It is formulated with the IFUS proprietary mix
processed through the IFUS proprietary machinery. It exits the machine in less that two (2)
minutes at 88 degrees F and continues to cool as it sits. This immediate exothermic to

In my humble opinion, Companies that are the largest flower growers in Columbia, Ecuador, or anywhere in the world would probably want to speak to university scientists or IFUS scientist, review data, or see pictures in a simple zoom meeting with IFUS management before deciding to use SGP AG fertilizer/ mulch.Similar to cattle ranchers.Marc would want to determine if they were committed or serious before shipping anything
Possibly they then might want to see the results in person and discuss building their own plant, just receiving secret sauce, or possibly using another product besides bagasse to accomplish a similar result.
My point is IFUS is the real deal. Replacing trees quicker, growing flowers with longer shelf life, growing trees that produce healthier products quicker at a lower cost without pesticides can change agriculture in every farm around the world.

It was just an idea on IFUS raising cattle themselves. I was joking about IFUS giving the ranchers the middle finger and I know they are not going to shift business models. Applying SGP+(AG)™ as a mulch, fertilizer. Just assuming it will increase the profit margins of growing flowers down in Colombia and Ecuador? They have the perfect climate and really fertile soil. It will cost too much to ship it to them. But there are raw sugar factories down there. Colombia and Ecuador grow and export over 4 billion dollars worth of flowers per year and mostly to the USA. If the SGP+ as a mulch/fertilizer adds to a considerable increase in their profits with faster growth? We are talking about a lot of generations of families that have farmed that land growing those flowers. I am sure they have tried every fertilizer/mulch they could find.
Dr. Devaiah Kambiranda doing studies? Assuming those studies turn out good and help to potentially market the product? OK.
I have an offer for you. I will have SGP+ in the hands of the largest flower growers in Columbia and Ecuador to test out next week. If they like it, IFUS has got to ship it to them or manufacturer the SGP+ down there. Rubber hits the highway right here. I own zero shares of IFUS. I will not buy, sell or receive any shares of IFUS now or anytime in the future. And please do not take that as an insult.
Bagley securing funding for research? I can put SGP+ it the hands of companies growing billions of dollars per year in flowers, plants, trees, coffee beans. And the list just goes on. In my opinion, IFUS is extremely undervalued at the current pps of .036. Your statement below
the ranchers seem to have an IQ lower than what IFUS wishes to consider as a viable customer base. might be a bit harsh even if a part of it is accurate.

The data should be published by the university team but possibly only in a form that consumers could understand.Someone with your knowledge could partner with IFUS and be a distributor of SPG+ AG and develop a business model to add IFUS mulch/fertilizer to the ground and replace every tree lost in California fires.

Everyone knows agriculture needs to replenish the soil with healthy minerals that have disappeared over the years.
Everyone knows the forest industry needs a better product to produce better trees quicker.
The mission at IFUS is to make other products. That has never changed.
I expect extremely positive results from HCR 42 that is validating profitable alternative commercial uses of bagasse.
That new scientific data expected in February, should help assist in increased sales and revenues in multiple IFUS divisions.

Getting a late start this morning but I enjoy discussing IFUS with educated shareholders and non-shareholders. A few comments your spot on, others about IFUS exactly correct.
IFUS does not sell cattle feed. It sells what SGP+ will do for the rancher.
IFUS does not sell fertilizer/mulch. It sells what SGP+ AG will do for agriculture/land, plants, and trees.
This is very similar to my business in insurance. Insurance is not about the person who gets coverage. It is about the loved ones that will be left behind. It simply provides cash immediately for them to cover college, housing, provide income, or buy out another business owner in buy/ sell agreement.
If [img]people do not think they need a new cattle feed, or are afraid of change, they need to be educated with math and science to show them how they will be better off. They need to be willing to change or be educated with new data, watching flies disappear, watching their cattle, and their manure. They must want to solve a problem, or change so their business can thrive with a lower cost feed.
IFUS incorrectly thought that the drought would force people to change in large numbers.
IFUS did start a partnership and saved one rancher that was about to lose his cattle ranch due to drought, high costs of feed, flies, sickness and vet bills. He was committed to change. He turned his Deer Run ranch in Texas into a test ranch where additional testing and products could be enhanced and developed by IFUS and their scientific team.
Robert Schmidt and his son Trey were the original pioneers. Trey will be headed to India this year to duplicate the Napoleonville footprint and supervise the Joint Venture in India. He will assist them in expanding to Europe, Vietnam and other countries as the first international distributor of IFUS.
IFUS is not building plants in the dessert. India has enough bagasse and cattle to generate more revenues than IFUS has produced in their entire history. In my opinion, the future Joint Venture partners in India will also be distributors of SGP+AG and the complete Intact Nutrition line.
I believe the business model also includes providing SGP+ to ranchers and feedlots in several states with multiple business models and cattle of all types from waygu beef, to breeding, to ranchers willing to run a test themselves to see how SGP+ is a better option for the future
Marc has documented all this information in the informative Letters to Shareholders. As sales and revenues continue to increase in 2025 and beyond the pps will follow.
I have never been more confident about anything in my life than I am about IFUS.
