Granted it’s “only” 10% of the outstanding stock, I find that to be intriguing.

Okay, that’s it. Nothing ground breaking so don’t jump in without doing your own DD. I would’ve been more excited if she was recently added, but I see her name on the fillings going back some time now.

Still, with the episodic buying over the last months/year? now, I think brighter days are ahead here. Interested to see if they continue to stay on top of the filings and drop the annual report, which should be rather soon if done on time.

Yahoo shows a Clearwater address but the phone number shown, 775-344-1313, is a Nevada number. I left a message but am not holding my breath, the voice mail greeting made it unclear whether I had actually reached GVDI.
