I’m watching this whole receivership go down and Hofman slamming Strickland. A few of us even warned Hofman about Strickland and he got super defensive.

I guess you are not following the receivers reporting? It was a giant PmD... there will most likely be criminal referrals for officers and directors as well as willing, unrelated parties who received huge amounts of shares for no apparent reason other than a relation or friend! It was all a lie and hopefully jail time is given!

YES... that is what receivers do... they must get paid and law firms are not cheap. Plus there was no real $$ there. Hoffman is a know it all who doesn't know squat. He even had Ham Ace and others in his calls... pure scammers. So had he not filed the receivership /suit would you be better off today ??? If so... sue him!

Hofman said in his current video there’s just $10K left in the bank. So Strickland blew through almost all of what was in there.

I cant speak of his honesty but from what i see he is doing exactly what receivers do. Make tough choices for the firm in an attempt to kill 3 birds with one stone 1) shareholders best interest 2) clawback of assets if possible 3) getting firm ready for sale/liquidation...BUT all the while the receiver gets paid whether he succeeds or not. ex: Madoff fund wasn't even a member of SIPC but Irving Piccard was named a sipc receiver and to date his firm has billed about $2 billion dollars!

Yes as I said before Paul is not honest he is corrupts for long time he have been involve in many penny's stocks and they went broke like PDGO, SPRV . and the list goes on don't know how he got involve with GTII and why they let him ????????????????

A LONG time ago i told people that its almost impossible to get and audit sone on this company as there has been so much fraud committed, laid out in detail by receiver. Thi is not the first auditor who has trashed it mid way though. You can lose your designations as CPA/PCAOB if you file incorrect financials. So that has been 90% of problem. The other big problem is $$ on hand. A firm this battle damaged must be commanding $50k from auditor... they are not taking stock for this and want cash. So in short, the wise and powerful Richard of 'Knot Legal Advice" , screwed the pooch when he sued and demanded a receiver. Receiver gets paid first and foremost. Does his best to recover assets and shares and recommend for legal any fraud.

WTF is going on??? For those of you who ha e been following, Paul Strickland has said on numerous occasions that the audit was near completion. But…the auditor came out 2 weeks ago and said they resigned effective immediately. The judge has also ordered that the auditor(Barton) to testify this week on Wednesday. How do we go from “audit almost done” to “auditor resigns effective immediately”? What did Strickland do for the auditor to wipe their hands clean?

If i were some of you I would send a simple one page complaint to him and CA bar and ask him to reply why he feels confident to make these proclamations about a buyer of a public company and the basis of his assertations. Dont ask me this question. Ask YOURSELF this question. Seriously, think for a second as if YOU had a growing company in the tech sector. What would you do? All i ever do is try to get lay people to think before you jump head 1st. So if you take over GTII you are left with what?
1) For all intents and purposes its not a public company. there are ZERO clearing firms or MMS who will file a 15c correct.
2) GTII comes with so many lawsuits you will spend millions sending lawyers into court or filing motions despite releases from the judge
3) Why would you not buy/mege with a clean shell or file a new registration statement in an IPO?
4) his company postings appear to be....template (sort of like all the GTII companies they were supposedly taking over)

I can go on and on but you get the drift. Where is his company located? is it a real office or a PO box somewhere in a slum? Is he using this supposed "public vehicle" so he can take private money? i dont know but a lot of suckers end up getting excited about "early stage AI/Cloud" only to find out there was nothing there.

Good question. let me once again explain it. Do you know who Irving Piccard is? He was the appointed recievr of the Madoff mess. As of Jan 1st 2024 . he has clawed back $14 billion in unearned profits from early ponzi investors (like the former owners of the NY Mets)....Do you know how much he has charged in legal fees that the court has allowed him to take???? $1.5 BILLION!!. Thats enough to buy certain sports franchises!. This work consists of forensic accounting, issuance, legal opinions and looking at every transaction. This isnt a defense attorney handling a drunk driving case. This calls for a staff of other lawyers and para legals, P.I.'s CPAs. other lawyers, motions to compel or produce, going through every bank statement for 10 years and tracking every movement of money,shares, gifts, purchases. Most known recievers would have passed on this. Not enough $$ and a chance you may not get paid. (NSAV reciever lost $100k last year with another fake company) As they are doing this they have to make a report to Judge and regulators. There is nothing there but paper stock that was a reverse pump n dump. Instead of claiming they found a cure for cancer, they instead claimed there was 300 million shares short. He;s going through every e-mail and seeing if they were coming up with fake purchases of companies that didnt exist hoping fools would believe Ham and Ferrand et .al. Now if he finds direct connections (phone,letters ,email, meetings, lunches and even Ihub messages and youtube) he has to turn that over to FBI....are you understanding the scope of this fraud now? OK...Let's have a intelligent conversation: What are your expecatations of a reciever? Do you know what their function is? Its to get as much ill gotten profit back/shares back. However they also have a responsability to the COURT who appointed them and they MUST turn over Fraud and theft and any other funny business they see and the court gives him authority to freeze assets, reclaim property and more. Remember the supposed buyer of the shell? they are gone. once fraud is found it goes from preserving assetts to indicting people. From the CEO all the way down to family members and promoters. Its over, there is no company. no office, no product. Read his filings. there is jeweery, shares, cars and more being repossed and at the end of they day they will be sold and will unfortunately for you, be used to pay legal team. I have worked with recievers before . this is standard. But if you have a better way for him to handle this do tell?
