GTCP is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Yes they are. This stock is a great one to own. It takes very little volume to see large spikes and huge chunks of cash
