GRLT does not even have a 3rd party independent auditor. And besides that, a legit auditor would have many issues with GRLT disclosure statements, lack thereof, documents, and fraud.... It would take them a year to sort it out if they were even willing to try.

They've doubled down on it. So it's got to be very authentic and verifiable.
The PPS by even a conservative estimate looks to be a multiple of $0.008 ($30M at an O/S of 3.8B)

Filed the notice a day early and could have had an anticipated date of the 20th.... But it doesn't really matter other than they still haven't filed. They are late after being late.

Merger is already done with $30 million. Money is the power. New CEO has a lot of money. He can easily settle things outside of court.

And there is nothing about being audited. Grillits CPA cannot audit the filings and that is where the holdup is according to the late notice. Audits for disclosure statements need to be done by an independent 3rd party.

If they intend to change the name as they do with Grillit, as they already have with the Nevada SOS they would submit that with FINRA at the same time as the "merger. FINRA will see that at the SOS as that needs to be done before FINRA will process.

FINRA processes corporate actions like mergers and name changes. Not the SEC. Although the SEC sometimes has input, and FINRA sometimes ask the SEC for information they may have if they suspect fraud. And I can guarantee that the SEC has a file on GRLT. That I know is a FACT from the Blackburn Treaty Energy scam. He was part of GRLT with Henry L. Klein who was CEO of GRLT for a time, and the scammers involved in the 700 grand rip-off

And... FINRA does not "approve" anything. They process, unless there is a question of fraud. Then they do not. In that case they usually ask many, many questions that the scammers are unable to give satisfactory answers too.
