GRLF Provides Corporate Update

The Company is pleased to update its shareholders and the investment community on a change in management. As of July 15, Mr. Joseph C. Canouse has been appointed the CEO and President of Greenleaf Innovations, Inc. (Greenleaf), and accepted the resignation of Mr. Michael Shea. Mr. Shea will remain as a consultant to the Greenleaf during a transitional period.

Mr. Shea's role as CEO of International Star is at a point that will limit his ability to effectively serve the best interests of the shareholders. In bringing in Mr. Canouse the Company believes his experience and skill set will help the Company move forward. Due to the outstanding judgment and inability to settle the same with Gelpid Associates, the Company has encountered repeated difficulties in pursuing numerous ventures and obtaining proper financing.

Mr. Canouse will act aggressively to settle the outstanding issues of the Company capital structure, maintain and enhance the current opportunities with MJ-XCHANGE and 420CONCEPT.
