This one has been a total POS. I finally dumped it awhile ago before that 1 for 2500 reverse split. Of course they will dilute again. Will never be anything and was just a stinky OTC trip pinky that burned all previous shareholders.

Although the stock is at an all-time low probably because he hasn't earned a penny in revenue. You really need to check out the chart (was 4 cents a year ago and is .0011 now) as well as his OTC history. Failure after failure after failure.

Is that as far as you're willing to look into their financials? Break it down by segment.

Q1 and Q2 were where they had net income. Q3 had a loss of $97,860. Q4 had no revenue reported so there was neither a gain nor a loss. Q1 of this year showed a net income of just 25,402.

So, what happened during the second half of 2025 and the first quarter of this year to have such a disparity in their financials? And what should give shareholders any optimism for the remainder of this year?

Absolutely not, but $GRLF presented many of those characteristics.

** I'm very aware many SEC-reporting stocks are also fraudulent.

Which is why I ended that post w/ "trade the price-action" - not much else matters.

That's a tough spot to find yourself in. Their revenues have always been a question for me. How can they have had no revenue reported for the 4th quarter? That's beyond understanding.

And their last quarterly was for a measly $280,615. That's the lowest since taking over SOFLO. I still think the management of SOFLO dumped a loser on Mederos to avoid bankruptcy, perhaps.

Going forward, it'll be interesting to see what they report for Q2. Have to wait another 2 and a half months for that. Can it hold a penny?

Currently, down 95% plus and have all the shares since the reverse split. Have not bought or sold a single share since then. However, still have not decided on what to do with this stock going forward at this point.

I heard there is 22.7 trillion $$$ in cash, savings, checking, money markets, and CD's sitting on the sidelines earning an average of .52% interest, I gotta think some of that will be coming to stock markets as BB stocks continue to set record highs every week, GL and have a great weekend!

0001 to .147 is a difficult one to forget. on another note. this trader was also frightened away from a ticker that ran 0004 to .94 from the nay nay post that often occur in these forums, that ticker held a potential gain of $4,000,000+. it really would be a wise decision to learn chart basics not play with optimism and words spoken from those that do not know what they do not know.. for now tho, I have several hundred bean, corn and butternut squash starts to prep beds for :)

I remember that one well, hardest part of trading is taking ur profits when they are huge, cuz you don't want the party to ever end, but all rallies do come to an end, charting helps to identify when... Good to hear from you bro, been trading BB stock options mostly lately, markets are in melt-up mode, and some OTC's too!

While the revenue wasn't very good ($2K for Q4 and just $280K for Q1) it's better than the no revenue they were showing prior to the acquisition of SOFLO. Q2 for 2024 showed no revenue. But then Q3 showed a whopping $1,124,801.90. A little accounting tomfoolery there. And a cash position of $5,313,983? I wish I had been following this ticker back then so I knew where that money came from and more importantly, where that money went? 🤔
