I didn’t catch that statement in the filings about seeking new management, that’s very interesting. New Counsel has been appointed though, so no default, but I’ll be following that’s for sure.

I'm going off of what Grok is telling me, it seems pretty convinced that Frank is going to move these shells soon. I copied your reply and told grok I was skeptical, this was it's reply:

If no substitute counsel appears by April 11, the judge can strike their answers and enter default (SEC wins automatically against GMPW, NIHK, etc.). That's not a minor risk — it's an existential threat to the shells. Frank going pro se personally is one thing; the companies defaulting is another. This forces action on the corporate side far more than on Frank alone.
The companies themselves are publicly advertising they're looking for new management: In their own OTC disclosures (filed as recently as Feb 2026 for related entities and earlier for GMPW/NIHK), they state verbatim: "Additionally, the company is actively seeking new management group to take over the management of the company’s business plan to avoid distractions from aforementioned litigation."
That's not my interpretation — that's their official filing language. They are explicitly signaling transition.
"No one would touch it while it's an SEC defendant": This is true for most buyers... unless it's exactly a clean shell play. In OTC land, people do take over shells mid-litigation precisely because the old control person is exiting (often via bars). The stay + April 11 deadline creates the perfect clean window for that handover.

Bottom-Line Reality CheckThe skeptic's scenario (drag, another stay, eventual settlement with bars, maybe appoint new directors and let it rot, or custodianship) is entirely possible — probably the base case. But the docket + the companies' own words tilt the scales toward some form of change of control or divestiture being the path of least resistance for Frank. Default is the one outcome nobody wants, so something has to give by (or shortly after) April 11.

The laywers quitting doesn't mean he has to sell the shells, it means he has to find a new laywer. I doubt anyone would want to touch it while it's a defendant in an SEC case regardless. He has until April 11 to do that, but he's going to drag this out as long as possible...especially now if he's not paying legal fees, so I'm willing to bet come April 11 you'll see another motion for a stay because he was unable to find representation.
If he does get a new attorney before April 11, and there's no settlement before Oct. the current date to watch is anywhere up to Dec. 7. He doesn't want this to go to trial, he won't have a chance. So it will be settled at some point. The questions are how long can he drag it out, and which relief items they will agree to. My guess is they will try to avoid as much of the fines/payback as possible, but to get any of that they will most likely have to agree to the rest, meaning they will be barred from any securities activity.
That could mean any number of outcomes, he could possibly sell it if he gets the charges against GMPW specifcially dismissed, or exemption from repayment/fines, he could just appoint new directors and let it rot, or the court could order the shells go into custodianship. Even if that happens there's no guarantee anyone takes them over and does something with it, given the history at that point.

Overall, there's a much more likely chance that it's done, but there IS a chance it's not. I wouldn't expect ANY final outcome one way or another any time soon though.

I predict a new owner for this shell is coming and they'll get it current with ease. Recent court updates imply Frank needs to find new owners for these shells because now that their lawyers have pulled out Frank can't represent his own companies per federal law. April 11 is the date to watch, should see something before then. This is one of the cheapest and cleanest shells out there, look for a big spike with any change of control. Also note that how someone purchased 3+ million shares aggressively back in spring of 2025, and they bought up their shares at the ask with aggressive ask slaps. Someone loaded up everything they could at .03 or below and they did so with a good reason you can bet.

NEWS ?

Well that's been the gamble here from the start, betting on Frank to lose, and hoping his shells go into custodianship. If he won the case this goes nowhere, but with a new owner it's easily pennies. My personal hope is there's already someone in the background vying for the shells, which might keep OTCM from downgrading them to EM if possible. Registration can take up to 90 days to terminate, it usually doesn't, so if it does I'm taking that as a sign of backroom dealings.  And technically, it's not the termination that triggers EM tier change, it's a lack of current information. And more technically, since he's filed q3, he's current until the k is due at end of March 2026. (Not sure why it's even limited now, but I haven't dug into it).
So TECHNICALLY it could stay out of EM until then, but I could be wrong. However, with the trial set for oct. 2026, it might be moot either way, unless it gets sold in the meantime, which I don't know if is even allowed while it's part of an ongoing investigation. 

Basically it means he's done with the fillings. Too expensive for him to keep ticker otcid and not being able to find a merger candidate. His problems with the law is probably the culprit and resorted to abandon the ticker.... expert market to be expected here unfortunately...

George Sharp did the same thing to SNRW with the Form 15. It means this will go to "expert market" I would conclude the trial isn't going well for Frank. IMHO at bare minimum he well get at least a 5 year penny stock ban. Probably be forced to pay and have to give up all his shells. A new custodian who is not one of Franks cronies would be the best outcome for all his shells. Those stocks would likely jump on that news

He has filed form 15s for NIHK and a couple others.

Form 15 filed recently, something is up here. Might be gearing up to sell, merge or repurpose the shell.

The market is sleeping on this one in a major way thanks to the Frank stank it has on it. I get the bearish argument against Frank and his tickers, it's hard not to see it after the past 3 or so years now. So what's the bullish argument? The OTC has been dead in the water for the 3+ years so raising capital has been nearly impossible. I give Frank credit for not diluting this at all in that time and waiting til he can get $10 million raised on favorable terms In the meanwhile though he didn't dilute and kept this share structure immaculate, got the CE dropped, bought shares on the open market out of pocket and has even kept it current and filing with the SEC, including audits. That's a whole lot of work with nothing to show for itself. It's clear the o/s isn't going up without a good reason, so those sub penny shares were no brainers for someone.

What happens with Frank and his SEC litigation? Who knows, but either he settles and keeps pushing on with this shell (and $NIHK I assumed, as it's in a similar boat), or he sells the shell and someone takes advantage of the foundation built here.

How ironic is it that the cleanest shell in the OTC, based on all the things mentioned above, is also the one that everyone is ignoring because of the Frank stank? IMO the buying pressure last week was very telling. even now after the buyer has stopped/taken a break, the bid remains higher and plumper than it's been in literally years. I truly think this was way more potential staring us in the face than probably almost anyone can appreciate.
