Everyone wants to unload a a higher price.

But depending on the situation, even selling and taking less of a loss is better than missing an opportunity to get out and having it fall back to where it was.

no way ...this is something different . remember we are on the greys ... I think its short covering or a combination of both someone is accumulating the shares and so far is willing to pay up to 0.0019 ......it will remain to be seen if they are willing to pay higher ....before we hear what's going on with the shell ....time will tell but with the share action that's going on .and being on the greys tell me the shell must be in play. now it just a matter of time , but the higher they are willing to pay for shares tells us where we will end up a trade someday soon ...that's my 2 cents ...kazzz

You need access to the Case Docket.
The SEC couldn't prove that this dude committed a CRIME...in fact your own posted article says so.....It was a civil penalty, which may be appealed.

I don't think there's anything to know. A group may think they can attract some interest by buying some shares, but moving a CE ticker in this environment is hard.

TDA/Schwab won't even allow clients to buy CE tickers starting the end of the month.

I lost a bunch of money on this years ago because the CEO was a con man. Just wondering what is going on with this ticker. Hope people dont make the same mistake I did. Never traded OTC again after this. I got out with 75% loss, others did much worse averaging down in the process.

I've stuck to blue chip like stocks since and made it back over time. I was just curious whats going on here.

Crikey! I hope trading the OTC doesn't become one of the "Unfortunately"s for you. Stay away from FRTD and you'll reduce that possibility a little.

Definitely true there... easily done in otc land... lol... fortunately for me I hit an unfortunate situation with an auto accident... luckily I’m ok getting better, unfortunately might not be going back to work.. fortunately I have great insurance, unfortunately brain and body injuries might be long term/permanent, fortunately I have good limits... fortunately enough to probably start a new business that’s less physically demanding... unfortunately I lost my electrical contracting business... catch 22 damned if you do damned if you don’t... it’s hard to put a price on good mental and physical health...I would rather be healthy over everything else...

Seeing how a dirty OTC ticker isn't worth anywhere near $737K, the sp should be lower than $.0001. Lower than $.00005, even.

So people buying at $.0001 are bound to lose their money when/if the ticker gets taken over. A R/S would probably take place immediately.
