The management team has over 30 years experience in the South-East Asian Market, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare supplies, and agricultural products. FCCC, Inc. has offered Amerihe Group $15,000 USD to acquire the controlling shareholding in Amerihe Group and commitment to retain existing management.



Subsequently, the Company seeks to file disclosure statements and file for non-shell status.

Seems this ticker is well maintained, always some level of bid/buy support that props it up. Nothing of note/news. But a solid share structure if a partner can be found to merge in,,Limited trading in bad trading environment, so can't expect much.

Thanks for taking the time to answer that. Wow. then it would appear CLAD peaked at around 280M Cap, FCIC is no where that in any regard. And as it stands, CLAD [while not trading much at all] still has a 70M Cap. Something killed liquidity there it seems. Obscene B/A spread.

Hey SS..Quick Question..?

Do you by chance know what was the market cap CLAD was able to achieve at that $19 price point you mentioned??

As it stands, we're seeing FCIC at $7.4M & am wondering where clad reached comparably. In all likelihood, FCIC is in far better position as the entity would be more seasoned at this point. If I took the numbers you gave it would be around 282M, but not sure if new shares came into the picture after the $19 peak...Thanks in advance.

FCIC is replacing CLAD, CLAD has hit 19 bucks before, is at 4.26 / 175.00 (1 x 1)current quote and has 14,845,619 sOut, FCIC has 3,461,022 sOut.

The way I see it, FCIC is headed higher than CLAD prices.

Big Uptick, All Time Highs. M. Cap $7.4M

Strong end of day action, seems some ask slapping occurred there toward the close.
Still, at present this is ONLY $7.4M Market Cap!! This really could be a silent winner, there's really not much being said.
If this can 3x it's ~$6.50, and ~25M Cap..Much less anything beyond that.
