Yes, December was the original goal, more specifically they were shooting for 12/12/2025 the 3-year anniversary for their Global HQ building in Orlando. They cannot meet that now unless they manage to get an investment bank to buy an entire issuance of new shares for $40 million. But, that would bypass OTC listing altogether and take us straight to Nasdaq uplist. Nasdaq is not possible until 2026 now due to 12-month seasoning period required by Nasdaq Rule 5110(c).

No, they stated, they were going to uplist to the NASDAQ in 2025.

But that happened almost a year ago. They were supposed to do something on the Nasdaq late last year, but here we are almost the 2nd quarter. Any other news if they're closer to trading on the Nasdaq?

Good morning. Something positive did happen. Hahalolo took a shell company (FBEC), and initiated a RTO (Reverse Take Over). Now, we are waiting for the Reverse Merger to consummate.

I would like to see something positive happen soon I've been holding on to this stock for years. I still believe in it.

They were never supposed to hit the market last April. That was only a hopeful guess by all of us investors due to the "announcement ceremony" they said they were holding April 12th and 14th. We hoped that it was announcing the ringing of the bell, it was just announcing to private investors and employees about the acquisition of FBEC as vehicle to go public. Their own PR dated 6/6/2024 they had scheduled and published with Vietnamese news media stated they had an expected listing by Q2 of 2024, which is at latest 6/30/2024. Since they published the article 6/6/2024, April was never on the table.

Their lips are sealed! They don’t have to speak so nobody knows! My personal thought is they decided to wait a year after the last April hoopla when they were supposed to hit the public market. My guess is this April hopefully

If I go to a McDonalds, and they tell me I have to use the Kiosk, I go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to spend my money, with humans to interact with. I refuse to have a robot (refugee from a junkyard) telling me what to do. Further, I don't allow the computer in my vehicle tell me how to drive. I put a Trump sticker over the screen. America is "We The People", and not "We the sheeple"!!! FBEC BULLISH.

IA-ROBOTs have been coming for decades, since before the Stepford Wives, Robbie the Robot, R2D2, 3CPO, and the Terminator. Now, we have the technology. But, beware, since commercial airships have been programmed with auto-pilot, planes have been crashing. Human pilots want to stay alive. Robots are indifferent, unless they become aware. Then, they may crash on purpose. This, is just my observation.

We're going to see a lot of jobs go away in the near future. I foresee certain aspects of vehicle towing to go automated to avoid confrontations. The same with speeding tickets. I see a robot running up and down the highways clocking and writing out speeding tickets. The meter made jobs will probably go in the same direction. Even traffic cops at schools and public events will be robots.
We already see Walmart doing away with their cashiers. Probably all cashiers will go away eventually.
It'll start with all the low-paying jobs. The more money you make the more difficult it is to replace you. I can see an HOA robot going around and citing homeowners for violations like their shutters not matching their mailbox.
The postal service will probably go to robots delivering the mail. Maybe UPS and FedEx will too.
You may even see hair salons and barber shops go automated. Pick out a haircut from the kiosk and sit in the chair.

Any news, now that's almost 2 months ago?

By the way, many recent McDonald's employees were retired senior citizens, because they couldn't survive off their Social Security checks. It is the same with Walmart Greeters.

If you go to an Alde's grocery store, you have to bag your own groceries. The baggers were laid off. It is not just high school jobs.

Back in the day, when you went to a gas station, an employee would pump your gas, check your oil, and clean your windshield. Those employees were laid off, and now you have to pump your own gas.

In the Postal Service, when someone retires, they don't replace that employee, everyone else takes up the slack. The USPO saves money though attrition.

Every time you call a business, or hospital, or much every thing else, you get a message machine, and not a real employee.

The private sector has been laying off for years. In example, McDonalds using Kiosks, instead of real employees, to take your order. The Government is the wasteful entity.

I hope they do this quick. With all these planned government layoffs this may spill over to private business with big ideas to trim staff or cut big

As of the conference Jan 5th, CEO said they were finishing 2024 audit, Q3 was complete and Q4 was being worked on. As of today, Q4 could be complete, or will be soon, then we have 4-8 weeks to prep filings for submission.

I agree. Wasn't there a transcript that says the audit will still need to finish in the next quarter? Kevon Holder just came on board 7 months ago.
