We were so close to transitioning the company to something real between the laser guy and Zachs IT businesses at least there would have been sales and income but Jack ran off to Florida with the last $1000 from the bank account and refused to work with Rat and me. That was very frustrating to be so close. The day I was on my way to meet Dillon and sign over the company I was threatened with a lawsuit if I went through.
I already had 3 running lawsuits with EXBX so I said fuck it I'm out. Jack said he was financially bulletproof and he volunteered to sign for the company. Huge mistake.
The outstanding accounting bill alone when Jack signed for EXBX was $65,000. The registrar had not been paid in 3 years, how the company stayed listed is a mystery.

Last time you were interested you handed the company over to Jack and insured its rapid decline.

I am not interested in taking another spin down fantasy lane.
I liquidated my last million shares a few years ago when there was a rumor driven spike in the price.

The website is real and the article is fake and the press release has already been posted to this board and I see it was also released in china and I don't understand how you found a needle in a haystack? or would focus on the needle instead of the haystack?

Easier to use for shady activities when it is dark/defunct since nothing gets reported.

If they wanted to do a pump and dump and sell shares for a quick buck, it would've been reporting and fake news about it. So they're making more by cash moving activites on the dark side, or its really dead and nothing happening.

Within last two three months, I noticed the name associated with the EXBX ticker changed from Exobox to Chung Kam Run Yin. Started doing some research on recent stories and found the story I posted from a Chinese website translated to English.

Seems a bit odd that after all this time, the name change is just showing up when you search for the EXBX symbol.

Seems odd that last SEC filing states that FINRA rejected application to change name. However, article in posted says that FINRA approved name change back in 2021.

Seems odd that I can’t find any info on a name change on the FINRA daily list even when search back several months.

A number of things don’t add up and perhaps you right… What difference does it make? (I sound like Hillary Clinton). But someone seems to be going through a lot of trouble for this ticker for it to be completely dark and defunct.

Is something about to change or is does EXBX stay in the land of the dark and defunct? Happy to hear other points of view. However, to be honest, I’m clueless as to what’s going on.

Question… the name associated with the EXBX ticker recently changed. However, FINRA still has previous name, Exobox. I thought FINRA was the authority of name and symbol changes before they appeared on the exchanges. Is that not the case?

I do not see any filings or documentation regarding a name change. Ticker is still the same EXBX as well, and still dark/defunct in the expert market.

Thought I read somewhere that FINRA rejected the original request and that the new officers would continue pursuing the name change.
