July 25th, 2022, Kelowna, British Columbia – Enduro Metals Corporation (TSXV: ENDR OTCQB: ENDMF FSE: SOG) (“Enduro Metals” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has commenced its fully-funded 2022 exploration program at its Newmont Lake Project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle.

The primary objective of the 2022 exploration program will be to expand the mineralised footprint of the alkalic porphyry system discovered at Burgundy Ridge during 2021 (331m of 0.71% CuEq discovery hole – see October 18th, 2021 news release). The secondary objective will be to follow up on the geochemical sampling program at McLymont Fault and extend the potential mineralised footprint from 700m to 5,500m (see July 11th, 2022 new release).

Burgundy Ridge Project

A two-rig diamond drill program has commenced to test the extent of copper and gold mineralization along a 1,200m strike length. Multiple drill locations are currently being prepared, with the first drill rig having commenced operations, and a second rig due to start imminently.

The program has been designed to zone in on the centre of the porphyry system which is believed to lie to the north east of the discovery hole and test approximately 1,200m of the 2,700m system. Drilling is designed to test mineralization significantly deeper than previously drilled at Burgundy Ridge, given porphyries form as vertically oriented deposits up to kilometres in vertical and horizontal scale.

McLymont Fault

At the McLymont Fault project, a detailed exploration program is being finalized to follow up on 2021’s geochemical soil sampling program.

It is currently expected that one of the two rigs currently drilling at Burgundy Ridge will move to test the newly identified zone and follow up on drill hole GSC88-1 drilled in 1988 which interested 73.40g/t Au, 12.5g/t Ag and 0.13% Cu over 0.60m.

If successful, this would increase the footprint of the McLymont Fault mineralised system to 5,500m, comparable to the very large bulk-tonnage style gold deposits neighbouring the Newmont Lake Property (ex. KSM, Treaty Creek).

Enduro Significantly Expands the Strike Length of its McLymont Fault Gold Mineralization

The McLymont Fault Zone is one of 4 major target areas on the 654km2 property.

Highlights:

Drill hole NW21-03 intersected 151m of 0.73 g/t AuEq starting at 124.2m in the NE extension of the McLymont Fault.
Including 75m of 1.00 g/t AuEq @ 124.2m downhole.
Hole ended in gold mineralization at 287m.
Bulk tonnage style gold mineralization has now been drill tested over approximately 400m strike length at the NW Zone and NE Extension.
Geochemical soil sampling delineated significant gold mineralization along strike of McLymont Fault, increasing the potential footprint from 700m to 5,500m.
The apparent scale and intensity of the anomaly is comparable to very large bulk-tonnage style gold deposits neighbouring the Newmont Lake Property (ex. KSM, Treaty Creek).
The sampling may explain the source of the “Boulder Train” which attracted explorers to the area in the 1980’s with historic float samples >100 g/t Au, but the source was never found.

Enduro Metals Closes C$10-Million Private Placement of Common and Flow-Through Shares

05:26 PM EDT, 05/19/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Enduro Metals (ENDMF) on Thursday said it closed a private placement of common and flow-through shares that raised C$10 million.

The company said it placed one-million common shares priced at C$0.26 each, as well as 3.33-million flow-through shares priced at C$0.30 and 24-million charity flow-through shares priced at C$0.365.

"The company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for the exploration of the company's key projects located in the Golden Triangle and for general working capital purposes," it said in a release.

Enduro shares closed up C$0.005 to C$0.23 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Enduro Metals Reports Non-Brokered Private Placement Offering; Down 8.9%

The offering will include an investment from a mining financial institution totaling about $8.8 million.

The offering will consist of up to 24 million flow-through common shares at $0.365 per FT share; and up to 8 million common shares at $0.26 apiece.

The institutional investor is expected to own about 9.9% of the company's common shares post financing on a non-diluted basis.

Enduro plans to use the proceeds for the exploration of the company's key projects located in the Golden Triangle and for general working capital purposes.

The company's shares fell 8.9% on last look on Wednesday.

Chico237;All: Ruble pegged to Gold, Russia will require payment in Gold for gas sales.

People can read the story and make up their own minds. The most immediate affect will be for the people in Europe who need to buy Russian Gas and Oil. (G7 has already rejected payments in rubles as a violation of their contracts with Russia.) Russia has a lot of gold reserves in overseas banks that have been "embargoed" because of the situation in Ukraine. I suspect that whenever they release them they will start to repatriate their physical holdings to Russia. Not a goldbug, but I see demand for gold rising.

Russia pegs Ruble to gold

(UPDATED 10:39 AM EDT SEE BOTTOM) The Central Bank of Russia has officially announced that, as of March 28, 2022, the Russian Ruble currency is BOUND to Gold. The rate is 5,000 Rubles per gram of gold bullion.

(NOTE: This story has been corrected to report "TROY" ounces as opposed to dry ounces, and the values recomputed to reflect there are more grams per TROY ounce than in a dry ounce.)

There are 32 grams in each TROY ounce. 32 grams times 5,000 rubles per Gram is 160,000 Rubles. Ya with me so far?

The conversion rate of Rubles to U.S. Dollars is 100 Rubles, 90 Kopecs, to each US Dollar.

If Rubles are bound to Gold at 5000 Rubles per gram, and there are 32 grams per TROY ounce, meaning one ounce of gold would cost 160,000 Rubles, then converting that to US Dollars means Gold is $1600 per ounce when using Rubles, instead of $1,928 per ounce using Dollars.

Russia just wiped out about thirty percent (30%) of the value of the US Dollar, worldwide, when it comes to Gold Bullion.

Worse, because Russia will only sell its oil and gas in Rubles, and Rubles are now fixed at 5,000 Rubles per gram, anyone wishing to buy Oil or Gas will need to either pay in Rubles or pay in Gold, and they won't get the US Dollar value for the gold they tender as payment!

People around the world will be literally THROWING their money at the Ruble and DUMPING Dollars and EUROS to do it.

What Russia just did is the financial equivalent of detonating a nuclear bomb.

FWIW, the last guy on this planet who tried to back a currency with Gold, was Muammar Quadaffi of Libya.

NATO went into Libya, bombed the shit out of it, until the people of Libya grabbed Quadaffi on the street, beat him bloody, and put a bullet in his head.

As of this hour, 10:39 PM EDT, I suspect Bankers all over the world are on the phones with each other and with heads of state, instructing them that what Russia has done will totally smash both the US Dollar and the EURO, and those Bankers will be telling the heads of State that World War 3 must commence immediately.

Let me explain why.

Today, the Russian Central Bank pegged Rubles to Gold.

Last week, Russia declared they would only sell OIL and GAS in . . . Rubles.

This means Russian OIL and GAS are pegged to Gold with Rubles as the proxy for Gold.

EFFECT: Europe (that needs Russian Gas and Oil) will now have to buy Rubles from Putin using Gold, or pay for the Oil and Gas with Gold itself.

Currently, the FOREX Rate for Rubles to Dollars is about 100:1

BUT . . . with 5,000 Rubles now equaling one gram of Gold, and oil being priced directly in Gold, we are going to see a MASSIVE price disruption in FOREX markets, in terms of how much Gold a Dollar can still buy.

Foreign countries holding our Dollar Debt Notes in Reserve, will see an immediate, and far less use for them and will want to start dumping them in favor of something more stable; something which holds its value.

Basically, any currency pegged to Gold will fit the bill. which means countries like that -- like Japan -- will start dumping their Dollar Debt as fast as they can -- they are NOT going to go down with the ship! They will move into more stable currencies, like . . . the Ruble.

This will have a DE-flationary effect on the Ruble, making it more valuable over time.

The central bank in Russia just announced they will buy gold at a specified rate from its banks for the next three months. While this rate is under the current price of gold, it effectively pegs the ruble to gold and sets a floor underneath the gold price. The real fun starts if Russia decides to price oil in rubles or gold after this move. They
could effectively force the world onto a new gold exchange standard.

Putin has ordered that gas contracts with "unfriendly" countries--those responsible for sanctions against Russia--be settled in rubles rather than in foreign currencies and gave Russia's central bank and gas suppliers like Gazprom one week to implement the change. more at link.

"Hostile" countries need to buy rubles for oil settlement or pay directly in gold.

Enduro; Enduro's primary target minerals are primarily gold, copper, silver, and palladium group metals.

Cobalt was listed in some of the drill results. This is a mineral that will apparently be useful in E.V. battery technology.

While it is just a minor mineral in the portfolio, is there any sense that this might eventually be encountered on the property in any recoverable concentrations? (Or is that more a question for any mining group and future agreements?)

BR21-03 which intersected 257m of 0.50% CuEq from surface , including 43m of 1.39% CuEq at surface .

BR21-04 intersected 84m of 0.72% CuEq from 57m downhole . The drill hole was also successful in identifying another high-grade mineralization style including 6.63% CuEq over 3.00m at 136m downhole. Due to early winter conditions, the drill hole stopped short of target depth while in mineralization.

These assay results expand on discovery hole BR21- 01 which intersected 331m of 0.71% CuEq from surface , including 18m of 3.00% CuEq at surface , and 146m of 1.00% CuEq at 138m downhole, and 1.80m of 7.30% CuEq at 218.6m (see News Release dated October 18th, 2021).

ST21-01 intersected 2.17% Cu and 27.07 g/t Ag over 9.37m from 15.92m downhole, including 7.20% Cu and 87.77 g/t Ag over 2.00m . These results were drilled 2.3km NE of Burgundy Ridge and support additional copper potential across the entire Burgundy system.

Results from the latest holes support the discovery of a porphyry copper/gold deposit first announced on October 18th, 2021 (see News Release dated October 18th, 2021). Alteration, mineralization style, and metal assay grades suggest that we are on the periphery of a porphyry system. Enduro continues to evaluate drill core and other data to help vector toward the core of this mineral deposit."

Several points on the discussion of Burgundy ridge drilling.

The 2021 drilling prodgram located a new alkalic porphyry system. Longer mineralizations intervals but also capable of local higher concentrations. Many are located at shallow depth.

Considers the mineralization at Burgandy Analogous to Galore Creek mineralization (silica saturated phorphry I think he said?)


Per Cole: "Different style mineralizations. Have some spectacular grades in there. "Vertical mineralization...look like carrots" Mentioned "chalcocite stringers"..."2 meters with 7.2% copper with 88 grams of silver.

Have a mix of other drill projects pending results, including Chachi. He will return to the program to discuss once released. Some discussion of this years drilling program.

Cole explains how he got involved in the company, his background, and information on the major investors.

He provided information on Infrastructure that will support the project;. When purchased, there was purchased no road access, now have road access to both the north and south ends of the property. He showed a picture of a HydroTurbine Electric generation plant that sits just off or their property ("See the treeline in the picture (Of the turbine) That is the edge of our property!"

Gave quick update on drilling at Burgandy ridge (More in next video.) 331 meters of .761% CU. "Or the interval I like the most, 146m of 1% CU

At a certain point he hurried through. They have a number of high grade gold deposits near the surface. They want to explore and develop to a certain point, bring in mining firms to mine possibly proceeds to generate cash from a sale or in the form of a joint or cooperative venture with long term cash flow which they feel will result in the most value to their shareholders. ("We are not here to mine it but to discover it and sell it to someone who will take it to the next level.")

Mines & Money 2021: How did Enduro Hit 331m at 0.71 CuEq?


2019 shallow holes, 2020 started deep drilling.

Found New Porphyry in 331 m core w .71 copper equivalent CU + AU grades almost equivalent. <1% magmas are Alkaline Magma and they have found one.

Need to engage in systematic drilling but will be focusing on Burgundy ridge and McLymont projects. Cuba has produced drilling with 1 gram AG. (I assume per ton...not stated)

Managment has discussed making distinct groups or companies for different projects to be more efficient in developing and providing best S/O value. No definite plans yet.

They expect to own 100% of Newmont Lake property outright with a final cash payment in February.

The next few months they will be getting out and promoting the company to investors and shareholders. They still have 95% of their results yet to come (Core analysis I assume) In 2022 He expects 6-8 months out in the field drilling.

"To date, Enduro Metals has issued to Romios 8 million shares, $1 million cash and has incurred in excess of $14 million of expenditures related to exploration and evaluation activities.

Enduro recently delivered Romios 4 million shares (total to date 12 million shares) subject to “lock-up” provisions where 1 million shares are restricted for 6 months, and 3 million shares are restricted for 12 months as of November 29th, 2021. The shares are also subject to a hold period of four months and a day from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities laws.

They are pretty young which is sort of attractive. They have also put a lot of their own money into this effort.

Funding, I think, was the reason for the trip to Frankfurt Deutsche Goldmesseand Switzerland last week.

At this point I have a small position just to have some exposure to copper and gold. (REEs are covered at this point!) I will keep watching and see what happens!

July 21st, 2021, Kelowna, British Columbia – Enduro Metals Corporation (TSXV: ENDR OTCQB: ENDMF FSE: SOG-FF) (“Enduro Metals” or the “Company”) announces that the first diamond drill rig is now drilling on the Newmont Lake property in the heart of BC’s prolific Golden Triangle. A second drill rig will be added in early August. The planned “base case” drill program is 10,000 metres, with potential to expand. Enduro recently upgraded its on-site infrastructure to enable a prolonged exploration season.

The Company is presently conducting its initial drilling at Chachi with several other targets to be drilled this season.

Enduro’s CEO Cole Evans stated: “There are several high-quality untested targets across our large land package providing multiple paths to a major discovery. We are delighted to be back on the ground and drilling again and excited to build on what we have learned over the past three years. CHACHI CORRIDOR

The Chachi Corridor represents a multi-element system endowed in copper, silver, gold, lead, zinc, nickel, and cobalt which was discovered by Enduro in 2019. This extensive system, spanning more than 5 kilometers, has characteristics of multiple deposit types, including alkalic porphyry, epithermal, skarn and possibly Iron-Oxide Copper Gold (“IOCG”) ore deposits. Intrusions are of the same age as the nearby Galore Creek deposit, which is being advanced by a joint venture between Newmont Corporation and Teck Resources Limited.

This initial drilling will involve 6 holes from 3 separate drill pads, with targets selected based on:

High-grade copper-silver on surface (including rock samples with 5.3% copper/36 g/t silver and 2.7% copper/301 g/t silver).
Induced polarization (“IP”) geophysics chargeability responses.
Proximity to a regional structural feature; and
Widespread alteration.

The holes are intended to track the high-grade values from surface and will provide the first sub-surface information in the Chachi Central Zone (CCZ).

June 30th, 2021, Kelowna, British Columbia – Enduro Metals Corporation (TSXV: ENDR OTCQB: ENDMF FSE: SOG-FF) (“Enduro Metals” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the Company has mobilized field crews for a fully-funded 10,000 metre diamond drilling program this summer within the Company’s 654 square kilometre Newmont Lake Project situated in the heart of BC’s prolific Golden Triangle.

The exploration program will also include a deep penetrating ORION SWATH and a Titan magnetotelluric (“MT”) ground-based geophysical surveys by Quantec Geoscience. Combining deep penetrating IP (“Induced Polarization”) and MT technologies has never been conducted on the Newmont Lake Project. This approach is aimed at delineating the scalability of several target areas on the property as these two geophysics systems combined provide a detailed image of geophysical responses at depth.

The first batch of results has identified the presence of significant palladium in drill core selected from the Burgundy/72' system. This area is 1 of 4 major systems within the Company's 654 square kilometre Newmont Lake Project situated in the heart of BC's prolific Golden Triangle.

Additionally, the Company is pleased to advise it has engaged Dr. Alan Wilson, one of the world's foremost experts on alkalic copper-gold porphyry deposits through GeoAqua Consultants Ltd., to provide technical expertise to the Newmont Lake Project.

Highlights:

Diamond Drill Hole ST19-06 intersected 22.28m of 0.89% copper, 0.71 g/t gold, 0.26 g/t palladium, and 6.65 g/t silver starting at 228m downhole (see News Release dated October 9th, 2019). Individual samples are as high as 1.29 g/t palladium over 1.9m.

A limited number of samples were taken over a 22.28m interval and an expanded PGE analysis of drill core is now underway.

The blind drill target was uncovered using advanced hyperspectral technology and analysis.

Dr. Alan Wilson is widely considered to be among the world's foremost experts in alkalic porphyry deposits and will be at Newmont Lake for a portion of the 2021 exploration program.
