As a subsequent, the company after change of control – name change and change in
management – business and direction – the company was moved off the specialty market

The company expects the CE status to be removed normal trade in the company shares as a
new company NTAC counsel and Staff are working to have the CE Removed within the scope
of 211 rules and new September 28 2021 rule changes.

During May-September 2022 the company made various changes to the company bylaws and articles including the reversal
of the common share conversion styled above back to its initial May 2021 status, whereby these shares were then voted for
change in control name change sale of majority shares and other corporate actions mentioned above.

to bid .0002 ask .0004.
Placed a sell order of 500.000 at .0002 to try it and was filled right away.
Looks that something is starting to happen here.

HSTH has not filed a financial report in nearly 9 years, but at the time of its last report, the Company was designated an SEC reporting entity, not subject to any OTC Markets' conditions. This is just a guess, but it appears the answer to your question revolves around never being subject to OTC Markets' terms and conditions. The grey market symbol is different than any other I've seen.

Honestly, since HSTH is listed as an SEC reporting entity, it is shocking the stock has never been de-listed for delinquent financial reporting. I will send a note to the SEC to bring its attention to the situation.

Not exactly! The SEC investigation of the Company and various personalities involved in a possible scam can go on for up to 5 years. The SEC Trading Suspension is often just the start of the process.

Very probably NEVER! EHOS would have to become current, but more importantly, would have to find an MM willing to risk their securities industry license to sponsor a FINRA Form 211 on behalf of EHOS. Given the history, there is NO MM on the face of earth that would risk their livelihood on a slug like EHOS.

Why file a Form 211? To placate a cadre of bushwhacked lottery hopefuls? NOT A CHANCE!

BTW...in an effort to be restored to the Pink Sheets EHOS could have appealed the SEC Trading Suspension, but chose not to do it. The time for filing the appeal has long passed. This is just one more clue that nobody on the inside here at EHOS has any interest in what happens to the Company.

Many traders & market participants were broadsided by the huge pps rise in GME, AMC and others. They are determined not to let that continue for the average retail Trader. They have allowed for many years these companies to continue selling shares and not reporting or giving current updates on company activities...!
