FT. LAUDERDALE, FL – June 25, 2026 – Entertainment Arts Research Inc. (OTC: EARI), a diversified entertainment and media holding company, today announced that its subsidiary, Kendrick Global Brands LLC, is expanding its business model to focus on brand development, sales, marketing, and strategic product representation through brand ambassadors, digital marketing initiatives, and retail distribution partnerships.
Under its revised strategy, Kendrick Global Brands will serve as a platform for emerging and established consumer brands, leveraging its growing sales and marketing infrastructure to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Products represented by Kendrick Global Brands will be distributed through its wholesale and retail channels, including Walmart.com, The Foody Marketplace, and additional online retail partnerships currently under negotiation.
Management Commentary
"Our vision is to transform Kendrick Global Brands into a powerful sales and marketing organization capable of representing a diverse portfolio of products and services," stated management.

Boba tea, commonly referred to as Bubble Tea in the United States, has become one of the fastest-growing beverage categories among Gen Z and Millennial consumers. Known for its unique texture and customizable flavors, Bubble Tea typically consists of:
