The OTCM data is messed up. The ~149M unrestricted common shares were posted on December 9/25 and the 20M restricted common shares were posted Feb 25/26. No share issuance has occured since.

The exception being the 200M for the Kendrick deal, due to close within the next 3 weeks and suddenly, the TA hasn’t updated the share structure since May 27, despite having provided an update at least once per week going back prior to the COC on Oct 1, 2025.

As for stating the gummies deals don’t work on the OTC anymore, I take no offense and have no comment. This is the path they have chosen.

Yes, still waiting to hear about the debt restructure. It’s been many months since the lenders went into negotiations with Coogan. Surely there is an equity deal on the table and they haven’t disclosed it publicly yet.

Do you foresee the court cases being an obstacle for shareholders at this moment? I’ve seen other tickers run with court cases on their books too.

Per last Quarterly, they say share issuance should happen in second quarter of 2026. I see on OTCM, since start of this year EARI has had 2 share changes, one on 2-25-26 for 149,246,534 shares and another one on 5-27-26 for 20,000,000. Are you sure they issued those 200M? And no offense to Kendricks or yourself but I think this whole gummy angle with Kendricks and BMR is a complete waste of time. That stuff does not work anymore on the OTC.
