I don’t mind it if a company I invest in fails, but I mind it when the CEO runs away and never tells anyone what the heck happened and that the company is no longer a going concern.

I put in a good chunk with a company that has a great idea, but the Pandemic and online ordering completely destroyed the business. The founders owned it. They told us they were done and moving on.

Contrast that with DRWN. I wish he would have handled this a lot differently.

I doubt 1 cent...this company has no operations and it may get a pump from time to time but SEC can shut the $DRWN ticker down for not filing fins anytime and it will all be worthless...

No. There application they sent to the otc was just approved like many other companies trying to become pink current.
If your broker stops letting you buy any stock you own you can still sell it.
Just keep an eye out to see if they start dropping files

can't see what the tweet is about from that link...so when is the deadline for SEC to suspend junk tickers like DRWN??? obviously DRWN is not current and unless Qs and Annual reports start coming in if I don't sell my shares in time then I lose my $$$ ???
