You may want to confirm that the link you provide in the inbox, http://www.consolidatedbiofuels.net/ , is the same company as CSBF. According to their company profile, they are a Canadian company founded in 2008.

appears to be a duplicate board for Consolidated Biofuels, one should go, and leave only one board for Consolidated Biofuels.

I tried checking with the Colorada SOS this evening, but their web site is down for repairs this whole weekend:
