CCUR was one of my first investments many years ago. Too long ago to remember, 1990's.

I see that CCUR Real Time just announced they were being bought out by a British company.

Vecima, a Canadian firm, has the VOD stuff. Still with offices in Duluth GA.

CCUR: effective April 22,2021 a one for 3,000 reverse split. ***Shareholders owning fewer than 3,000 shares pre-split, such shares will receive $2.86 per share on a pre-split basis.

im also wondering how & why a company like support.com announces such a divy more than 50% of their last closing price

can anyone explain to me why Singer would purchase "put option (obligation to buy)" of various amounts at either $5 or $7.50 all purchased around time of recent second sale, but expiring across next 6 months?

After deal closing, it's a shell company. With it's biggest asset of NOL's. A Canadian company bought the products and would have no use for the NOL's.

As of June 30, 2017, we had U.S. federal net operating loss carryforwards (“NOLs”) of approximately $71,953 for income tax purposes, of which none expire in fiscal year 2017, and the remainder expire at various dates through fiscal year 2036. I still like it because it has no debt and positive earnings. The pumping got old and did very little to help the stock, in fact, it made it sound cheesy.

What do we think about CCUR now that NIA r pumping something else.

I see that. The financials for CCUR look pretty good, but the extreme pumping adds a kind of shady feeling.

NIA is a big time pumper. Be careful a lot of people have been burned by them. Years ago they were a good web site but they turned pump n dump.

NIA has to pull their support from CCUR sooner or later. They promised a gold stock suggestion this year, and a third ticker.

Stocked jumped nicely after the dividend report a week ago. RSI is around 50, think it will continue up until 6/17. After COB on that day though, hhmm.. wonder what direction it will head.. TIMBER :)
