From IR;

Volumes are down across the board as they usually are in August, we are tracking with our peers so I’m not overly concerned about recent volumes.

Where we are focused is our results and details we can control. Our quarter will be out by the end of August and the market will have time to digest the results before September, setting us up well to be in focus when investors return from vacation.

We are working through the consolidation process and will decide on timing in the not-too-distant future.

With respect to analysts, I am in contact with all the key players. Unfortunately, when the cannabis market came off most investment banks high graded their coverage lists to large cap US MSO and others went sector specific with their large cap coverage. I am hopeful we will gain some attention with the results and be able to drag another analyst to focusing on TGOD.

Reverse split status answer from IR;

The BoD has not yet determined when or if we will enact the RS. The vote allowed us the ability to enact the RS without the need for an SGM. We will press release when we have information to share.

I was on the 2022? ?Annual And Special Meeting? of Shareholders call. The R/S will happen if the OTCQX Listing Rules are not met. TGOD got the votes. We need to get to $0.10/share for 10 consecutive days before November 2022. I PRAY we do!!!

The reverse split is a proposal for shareholders to vote on at the AGM and is included in the proxy circular. This gives Managment and the board the ability to consolidate at any time without having to delay with an SGM.

Where did you hear that rumor? Shane from IR said Q1 results are supposed to be released soon. Hoping they’re solid.

Further more -TGOD needs cash to grow. They aren’t in the real estate business. 2 million cash plus 1 million less debt is another move to strengthen the financial statement.

Rumor is they had over 7 million in sales for April and they need the cash for expansion into more markets - this will help keep up with product demand.
They are selling everything they grow.

Commercial real estate people know such things - so they clearly had no worries about extending a preferred borrower rate to TGOD.
