and platform as well as multiple registered trademarks.
The IP portfolio is valued at $2.5M-$3M not including pending patents on Bug-Strike® and UV-Mask-Strike™
The company has sales direct to consumer via our website and Amazon Marketplace as well as sales to the US military
and NATO countries and works with ADS for DLA/TLS military sales, FBI, State and Regional Law Enforcement, Galls,
Southern Police, Grainger for both municipal and commercial entities. Spearpoint for Australia and New Zealand,
Karriomore UK and EU. Consumer sales are though Amazon sold and shipped by Amazon, Zoro, Walmart.com and
others. The company has OEM co-branded partnerships in place where it strategically makes sense with the top players
in the sector. One example of this is a co-branded OEM partnership with Pro-Troll Fishing that has wide international

New Business Opportunities:

Our largest OEM customer in the fishing market recently placed a $20,000 order for APALS based on significant demand
due to numerous wins of major fishing tournaments using our APALS light. There is always a lag when innovative

Sub .01 again after all of these years of going nowhere. Seriously, what’s their plan here. Makes zero sense to keep funneling money in and not hire a professional sales team to grow the business. I just don’t get it.

Hepa? Alibaba? Where are they buying these now? The Alibaba listing is no more. I think I could buy 50 of these from China for $1500.00. Brite is trying to love them for $100 down from mid $100. I’ll sell you one for $20.00 without the Brite Strike sticker. This isn’t BSTK technology. Hello!

COVID? They were buying the desktop UV filter from Alibaba for $30.00. They put a Britestrike sticker on the box. UV mask is a joke when the pandemic is the same. No one needs a UV light in a mask when mask mandates are lifting worldwide. They played the card like everyone else and now they are left with overpriced flashlights and fishing devices.

This company is very small. I’m surprised they are staying current considering the cost to do so and the little profit they make.

Read the business update at the end of the last report. Also, notice the increase in authorized share count by 4X. When they release news on the UV mask work and the Bug Strike deals, I would expect a significant run. Increasing share count at these prices won’t do them any good. They are expecting a much higher price at some point to help fuel development.

They bought a UV filter off Alibaba and self branded it. I believe they paid about $30.00 per unit landed and try to sell them for $100.00 a piece. They didn’t develop the desktop purifier. Anyone on this board can buy 50 of them for about $1500. Last I checked. BrightStrike put an adhesive sticker on the box and called it there own. I have one in a desk somewhere. .10? You’re dreaming.
