The thought that big studios of Hollywood are losing their hold on the industry and opening the door for smaller-independent's is not true.
Disney had a record breaking quarter.
That being said, a small independent has always had a legitimate chance for success, but that usually means management is proven and has some form of past success. BSEG has been in business for so many years and their statement of operations (revenues) is a disaster for a public company.
The BSEG CEO has not proven any success whatsoever as the CEO of a public company. Revenues, profit/loss and cash flow has shown itself to be something that kimberly is a complete failure at.
the board of directors of a public company has a responsibility to remove an inept CEO. The BSEG board has not fulfilled their obligation, which tells me the BOD was put in place by Kimberly personally and not one of them will go against Kimberley.
My hatred towards Kimberely is because I spoke to her once at which time I politely asked about the capital structure, lack of revenues and capital raise efforts. She told me I have no right to ask those questions.
I also asked her why when she did an interview at Emerging Growth Conference she did a pre recorded presentation with no questions.
She told me that THAT IS THE WAY I DO THINGS
For a CEO to tell a potential investor that he has no right to ask those questions is total stupidity. Ever since that moment I gave her 2 times to apologize to me and she declined while standing behind her statement that it's none of my business.
1- She has no clue on what it takes to be a public company
2- The Board of Directors are not real in the sense having a fiduciary responsibility to ensure the growth of the company
3- Anyone that speaks to me the way she did is very very stupid and must be exposed for her lack of intelligence related to business and how a public company senior management should be talking to investors
4- No accountability by anyone inside or involved with BSEG

As per my post on May 2, 2024
I suggested buying 1 share of Apple instead of buying 10,000 shares of BSEG.
I made that suggestion because BSEG management is inept.
On May 2, 2024 AAPL stock was $173.03 per share
On May 2, 2024 BSEG stock was .025 a share
Buying 1 shares of AAPL would've cost you $173.03
Buying 10,000 shares of BSEG would've cost you $250.00
As of this morning - the one share of AAPL is now worth $279.58 which is a $106.55 profit
the 10,000 shares of BSEG are now worth $210.00 which is a $40.00 loss
You have and can call be clueless if you so choose to. You have called me many other things. You actually probably blame me for BSEG loss in some way. I am OK with all your words and even hatred towards me. Truth is I laugh because when I sense stupidity in so many facets of live, work and the lack of common sense, even AFTER a person has proven himself to be 100% correct - I find myself praying for weak-minded people that criticize me for being upfront.
I POSTED ON THIS BOARD ON MAY 2, 2024 MY INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY ON BSEG. I have proven myself to be 100% right.
What have you done?
I am eager to hear the next level of criticism that you plan on spewing about me. Send the hate and ugly towards me because I am OK with it, but at the end of the day, (1) I have proven myself to be 100% correct on BSEG, (2) I don't hide behind false internet names or acronyms, (3) I am one that meets with my distractors face to face and I don't bring guns, knives, friends or the police with me. I bring myself, my intelligence, physical strength, fighting skills and NO FEAR attitude. Remember - a person's identity is not always secretive on the internet.
I can pursue legal means to get the names, addresses and contact information against YOU, just like you can against me.

You state I am clueless - Yet on May 2, 2024 I posted on this board post# 5493 the below post
How can I be called clueless if my prediction back in May 2, 2024, which is 18-months ago has proven to be accurate.
How can someone that is as clear as I am be called clueless.
Buy 1 share of Apple. You will make more money in the next 12-months with that 1 share of AAPL than you would make with 10,000 shares of BSEG.
This post is not a joke or me trying to be funny. Mark my words as to the next 12 months with AAPL vs BSEG
AAPL 1-share right now is $173.03
BSEG 10,000 shares are valued at $250.00
12-months.

Do you think it's a good thing that Big Screen invested in The Intimacy Coordinator?
How much did they invest?
What are the exact terms?
What % of revenue or profit does big Screen get?
Where did Big Screen get the money to invest considering the company had $33,881 in cash on June 30, 2025 and during the prior quarter they lost $74,704?
Lots of real questions need to be asked here before anyone jumps for joy.
The company core business has been a failure and the stock is down, who with common sense thinks an investment is a good idea?
I see Kimberly Kates is Executive Producer, but if you know anything about the film industry, anyone can be given that title, as long as you make an investment.

$BSEG Big Screen Entertainment Group Backs Variety-Featured Film “The Intimacy Coordinator”

BSEG Invests in Bold, Female-Led Story from Acclaimed Rising Talent Louisa Connolly-Burnham
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Big Screen Entertainment (OTC:BSEG), bigscreenentgroup.com, has announced its investment in The Intimacy Coordinator, a striking new short film recently spotlighted in Variety.
BSEG Chief Executive Kimberley Kates will serve as Executive Producer on the project, which begins shooting shortly. The film dives into the shadowy world of intimacy coordination on film sets, reimagined through a tense and unsettling psychological thriller filled with unexpected twists.
Leading the project is multi-hyphenate Louisa Connolly-Burnham, who wrote, directed, and stars in the film. Her previous short, Sister Wives, was longlisted for both the Academy Awards and BAFTA Film Awards, winning widespread critical acclaim and establishing her as one of the UK’s most compelling new filmmakers. BSEG’s Chief Operating Officer Sandro Monetti also served as an executive producer on Sister Wives, continuing a successful collaboration.
Joining Connolly-Burnham on screen are:
Kieron Moore (Masters of the Air, Sex Education)
Alexander Arnold (Yesterday)
Sophie Simnett (Twist)
“Louisa is an extraordinary emerging filmmaker with a fearless voice,” said Kimberley Kates. “Her work blends originality with commercial appeal — exactly the kind of filmmaker Big Screen is dedicated to supporting. We want to back stories that challenge expectations, thrill audiences, and deliver bold new voices with a strong point of view.”
“I’m beyond excited to bring this story to life with such a phenomenal cast and crew,” said Louisa Connolly-Burnham. “The Intimacy Coordinator is bold, darkly funny, and deeply human. I’m grateful to be collaborating with artists who are not only wildly talented but also brave enough to explore the complex and often unseen aspects of our industry.”

To All The Nay Sayers that criticize on this board and all other boards I post on - I am ALWAYS proven right.
And YES, I am smarter than most people that criticize me on these boards.
The reason I am smarter is due to some very simple Investment 101 factors: (1) anytime a public company with a market cap less than $500 million has to raise capital they will have dilution and that always leads to lower stock price, (2) when a public company does not have funds invested it means the company should not be public, (3) ALL reverse mergers and SPACS have a never-ending stock price decline among a few other Investment 101 factors.
AND YES - I am always right when the top 3 Investment 101 Factors are adhered to.
AND YES - I make a very good living with my business and even more money investing in small and micro cap companies, but most of my profits are through short positions.
AND YES - I have lost money on some of my investments, but I would say 1 out of 10 investments is a loss, 9 out of 10 is a profit.
AND YES - I pay real taxes that include short term profit taxes on investments.
AND YES - I hope to pay twice as much in taxes every year until I die.
AND NO, all the naysayers that have and will continue to criticize me do not bother or upset me. I try really hard when I post on these boards to let people know about their investment and monies that they are likely to lose because of the 3 investment 101 factors.
I like to think I bring value and can save people money.

No revenues means no shareholder value.
You can hold onto the share structure and no toxic and convertible notes, but ne revenues means no profit and that means no market cap.
This company has been in business how many years? and they had $55 thousand in revenues and $83 thousand in losses for the quarter ended December 2024.
CEO's with real Board members would be terminated for failure.
I own my own company, while its a private business and I don't answer to shareholders, I have a much more successful business when compared to BSEG because I do $750,000 in revenues and $410,000 in profit AFTER tax. Having said all of that, my business should not be public and I see no reason to ever go public. but BSEG went public and has not performed.
The non-performance I speak of is based on revenues and profit. I font it hard to argue with my opinion, but lets say you want to argue or debate my opinion, the investment community agrees with my opinion because there is no interest in the stock, which is clear in the trading of the stock, or lack of trading in the stock.
Why is this company public.
That being said, they do have a pubco that does not have toxic financings or convertible notes and that means they should sell the public part of the company to a private business for a reverse merger transaction. Then, and only then, will BSEG current shareholders make money.
BSEG is down from 1-year ago, it's down from 2 years ago and its down from 5 years ago.
Why do you think the company will generate revenues?
What leads you to this belief?
Again, if you work for BSEG or are paid to be positive on this message board, then I understand your wording, but if you are an investors I ask you again, what possesses you to be positive.

$BSEG - OS raised a little bit... wonder who was granted shares? I guess next report, or following one will show who received those restricted shares.
On board people, align them with the company with no toxic debt... bullish signals to me.
