Pre CE there was a massive Nation wide promotion going on where people talked about name change and various news releases before they happened. It was supposed to be acquired by Sound Hound according to these people who called on phone regularly. The company has confirmed that they did not sponsor any paid promotion and complied with the sec regulations. They are probably not getting acquired and just starting out as a company. Whether it still should be say in the 4-5 $ range I don't know.

$BMPA: Dip then rip? The CE designation was successfully removed last month. Pre-CE was 9.00 per share. The Unrestricted/Float remains only 14,645,008 shares. In addition, per recent press release, "The Company's focus for 2026 is disciplined execution, responsible development, and long-term value creation."

$BMPA closed at $9.00 on Oct. 21 (the day before the crash because of the CE designation). The fundamentals unchanged and no dilution since. The CE designation is gone now. BMPA will go back to the dollars soon.

November 14, 2025: BMPA filed its quarterly financial report (Form 10-Q).
November 18, 2025: The company filed an amendment to that report (Form 10-Q/A). This amendment was for the quarterly period that ended June 30, 2025.

It seems it won't get out of CE and might be in full CE position soon, then go to grey market or untradable.

Tried calling them and it went to the automated answering machine. Sent them an email as well. If they are at all genuine , they should be able to come out of the CE before Christmas. Sometime this week or next would be the end of one month period if we count only the working days. In the press release they said that they will try their best to get the CE removed in 10 days and obviously that hasn't happened.
