If you read the filings by BLQC and the Press Releases by the company, you see that they are issuing to RB capital shares at such a discount as to make them almost free, and yet at the same time, RB Capital and the company claim to have conversion features at $1,50 per share. This was truly I think intended to give the investing public a false narrative of the investment. I read the SEC claims, and in my opinion completely legit and justified. AP was always short of money, that company has lost more value than any other company I know of on the OTC, some 99.9999999%, maybe with the exception of that SONG (D) company. I read your other post, that D keeps showing up, unbelievable wipeout of shareholders. Maybe the two companies should merge, or even better add Bollinger into the mix, that's the "A" Team!!!

HOUSTON, May 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BlockQuarry Corp. (OTCMKTS: BLQC), a leader in blockchain infrastructure and sustainable digital mining, today announced the initiation of development for its own proprietary U.S.-manufactured ASIC Bitcoin mining platform under the internal codename “BLQCBuster.”

This strategic initiative is expected to position BlockQuarry as a key player in the reshoring of crypto-mining hardware manufacturing, while laying the groundwork for new long-term revenue streams and technological independence.

Key Elements of the BLQCBuster Program Include:

U.S.-based design, PCB fabrication, final assembly, and technical support operations.
Select international sourcing of components to ensure optimal performance and supply chain efficiency.
Initial production targeting internal deployment, with potential expansion into commercial sales in future phases.

I think this time AP is gone for good. It has more to do with all the money he took from Brett Rosen and squandered away, millions of dollars. At the end Brett was pretty upset, so it was either full on litigation, just like OPTI, or AP could just leave. That being said, BLQC is a shell with millions of dollars in debt, so shareholders are going to get hosed one way or the other. A reverse split has to be done and there will still be massive debt to convert.

The company has no money, huge losses and lawsuits, and 10 years of the same Press Releases regurgitated, not a believer. I do however believe that another consolidation is in the works in 2025, maybe a nice 50 or 100 for 1 consolidation!!

wow, Blockquarry just blew up its capital structure with a 49 million issuance, and of course no word, talk about horrible continuing dilution!!!!, bet you the issuance price was close to sub penny.
