The company has no money, huge losses and lawsuits, and 10 years of the same Press Releases regurgitated, not a believer. I do however believe that another consolidation is in the works in 2025, maybe a nice 50 or 100 for 1 consolidation!!

Why would Alonzo want to publish this stuff, he only wants "Good News" . The company is incapable of telling the truth, its dead, worst performing stock on the OTC market in the last 10 years, it goes on and on, yet AP still manages to find people to buy stock so he can sell the 50% discounted notes into the market. I sure wish the SEC would step in and shut this scam down.

The lawsuits keep piling up, it should not be a shock to anyone that this is happening. You only need to spend 5 minutes talking to anyone that has ever done business with AP. Alonzo Pierce failed to mention many of the issues in this lawsuit in the disclosure statements. At least he mentioned the lawsuit in subsequent events.

On October 3, 2024, RB Capital partners terminated the arbitration proceedings discussed in Note 9 and has filed a complaint against the Company in the California South District Court.

The blockchain companies in North and South Carolina were not registered, nor was the Ga project.
