No, unfortunately not. I do not expect we will see any meaningful news with grandpa Dan in charge. My assumption is that he will remain in charge at least until the Doyle Knudson loan has been repaid, which is due in September 2027.

My main takeaway for now is: BLPG is finally equity-positive. That is clearly a positive development.

However, I would still like to understand the company’s actual strategy in light of potential cannabis rescheduling. In particular, I find it concerning that BLPG does not appear to be generating meaningful revenue from compliance services — even though, in my view, compliance should be the core business case if rescheduling creates new opportunities.

I would also like to know what happened with the approximately 1.5 million-share transaction in March. That trading activity looked significant, and it would be helpful to understand whether there is any explanation behind it.

For now, BLPG is dead money. The one positive aspect is that, if the share price remains below 21 cents until September 2027, all outstanding stock options should expire worthless. That would at least avoid further dilution from those options

But the 1.5M share transaction in march is still suspicious. No +5% holder is mentioned in the Qs, the Directors haven’t touched their share count as well!

Not looking bad! Positive net income , cash flow positive and for the first time a positive equity (what a milestone). And the best no convertibles. If they could repay their related party debt til next year (9/27) they will have no debt and safe 100k interest payments. With the current revs this means they will generate 400-500k free Cashflow every year! Could be a small cash cow!

Yes, and the interesting part is it seems the 1.4M shares was one transaction. This guy owns now 20% of Blpg! He/she is a related party and he/she could overthrow Dan Allen. Curious why the price didn’t moved, can’t imagine that 1.5M shares were available in this price range. Weird

Not looking bad! Only 30k negative equity left from 630k last year! Net income of 140k over the year! Market cap is of 300k is crazy low that’s a P/E of 2 *lol* unfortunately the world won’t see this miss valuation because of no marketing, investor relations or social media!

I know not many of us are still actively posting here, but with only 216 shareholders of record, it shouldn’t be too difficult for us to reach the 10% threshold required to call a special shareholder meeting. Moneybag owns 5% and me 2.7%!

I’ve made several attempts in the past to initiate such a meeting, but unfortunately these efforts were dismissed or ignored at this board. I believe the time has come to act. According to the company’s bylaws:

Section 3. Special Meetings:
“Special meetings of the stockholders for any purpose or purposes may be called by the President, the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, or the holders of ten percent (10%) or more of all the shares entitled to vote at such meeting, by the giving of notice in writing as hereinafter described.”

This means we, as shareholders, have the right to act. At such a meeting, we could reconstitute the Board of Directors – I would personally be willing to step up as a candidate – and from there, we could appoint a new CEO. I’d suggest someone like Preston Decker, the company’s controller (at least on an interim basis), or perhaps Evan Devoe if he’s willing to return.

What’s happening right now is an absolute disgrace – the company’s actions seem solely focused on repaying a loan to Doyle Knudson, with everything else being neglected or sacrificed. That’s not acceptable, and frankly, this deserves legal scrutiny.

Let’s do this – we truly have nothing to lose. I’m happy to take care of the logistics and coordination. If you’re still reading this and know of other shareholders who aren’t following the forum anymore, please reach out and encourage them to join this effort.

Together, we can take the first step to hold the current leadership accountable – and maybe even bring Dan Allen before a court if necessary.

Dan Allen is ruining the company a second time! Probably they will go out of business after paying the last debt to Doyle Knudson. For me it seems they want to safe cost for the auditor and may want give out any financial information. The auditor cost 65k every year. If you take into account end of next year is the Doyle Knudson loan due they could get 130k alone from auditor costs. Further Dan is 74 and the missing successor search gives me only one conclusion they will close the doors in sept 2027! And this was all planned after Evan Devoe was gone!

Filed a Form 15 yesterday, which is never a good sign. Rule 12g-4(a)(1) was filed, which allows BLPG to essentially cease being subject to ongoing SEC reporting requirements.

Company is effectively making moves to deregister. Is this voluntary and an attempt to go private? Doubtful.

Here you can truly admire the brilliance of 74-year-old Dan Allen: the stock traded above one dollar for over half a year — a golden opportunity to raise a million dollars by issuing just a million shares. That would’ve been enough to pay off Hypur and Doyle. But no — Dan chose a masterclass in value destruction instead. With zero strategy, zero news flow, and zero investment in compliance or new business lines, he managed to crush the share price below 5 cents. Genius! Dan Allen and his cronies are the problem here. After they payed back the hypur and doyle Knudson loan they will shut down their business. Dan Allen ruined these company a second time!

Yes would be the best Herr! Despite the unprofessional handling of the Hypur Note which destroyed companies Cash there is the Auditor Topic. Why having an Auditor which cost at least 500k-600k without a utility? No uplist, no marketing with it, no financing with Banks ? It is just burned Money! Crazy, otc is coming back to life at least a little bit und this turd is going deeply red! I hope this ends in a lawsuit against the management! BLPG is having some trouble with the hypur note. If you follow the 10Q/Ks this trouble has started 9/1/22 where hypur claimed the note was in default despite the company had enough money. Dan Allen got in charge 8/1/22. Maybe he overslept the repayment date! If this is the case it is his fault as CEO! Think about we paid 535k for the first hypur note , but the remaining principal was just 275k. So same will happen to the second note with 363k remaining principal which is count as default.

Same I haven't sold a share...but the hope is that money pumps back into the economy so I believe the long term approach is 2027 we should c what this stock can do

Yes catalyst are Dans finally retirements or a sale of the company . Small catalyst is repayment of the hypur Note without further dilution. I don’t get it why they are not doing press releases or tweets. For example :
On January 13, 2025 the District Court for the City and County of Denver issued an order stating that the Company is legally released from all liabilities owed to Daniel Sullivan and Mile High Real Estate, LLC since the collection of any amounts no longer owed to these persons is barred by the Colorado statute of limitations. All amounts have been recorded as a contribution of capital during the year ended December 31, 2024.
Or this in relation to the former 20M preferred shares: Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value, 1,000,000, shares authorized, 200,000 shares issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively.
This would be massive news!

I drop by occasionally but no expectations. I appreciate your commentary even though this is probably the Titanic at this point. I’ve never sold a share and still keep a glimmer of hope against hope. I could never have been more wrong about Galvin and looks like he turned out to be just another common thief. Very sad for everyone here including myself. About the only thing I can see as positive is we are still in business with apparently a better balance yoy. Good luck.
