Maybe good for someone with 50 billion shares? The same person on the 15-12G is the same person on the 50 billion share authorization on the Colorado filing. It may be best for shareholders of the toy company to question these things with the SEC and contact the toy company directly. Possibly the only hope left before dilution into oblivion occurs. It may already be too late though. IMO.

I think it is a good thing...The Expert Market is a private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading.
Bottom Line: They are Grey, but trade better than 'regular' Grey's. With the stocks I have traded that went to the Expert Market it was easier to buy and sell is my experience...jmho and GL $BIGG

Info in news section indicates that company has a transfer agent located in Oregon and company is currently undergoing an audit. Maybe if were lucky company may be releasing some financial info in the near future.

Considering the ongoing tariff dispute between China and USA company management of BIGG possibly is in a impossible operating situation. They must be horrified of what Trump could and would do to them in their current situation. Since BIGG is a Chinese company paying taxes in China the Govt. in China has probably got a lot to say about BIGG current operations conducted outside of the country.

Of course they're still in business. They've been making hundreds of millions of dollars. Just doesn't do us any good since they pretty much abandoned their own ticker four or five years ago.

I didn't think of the transfer agent before you mentioned it. Somebody should "cry wolf" about it if the company's not actually approving what's going on with the recent filings with the Colorado Secretary of State. Something's not right about the whole situation in my opinion. If the company don't file filings they may have left themselves open for some kind of a "hostile takeover". If there is an actual takeover they'd be wise to lower the A/S. Unless they're short sellers. IMO.
