Nothing exciting about AXXA anymore. They have been saying the same thing for almost 2 years and nothing they have done has helped the share price. I was still optimistic in late 2023, but here we are at .0008! At least they could have taken a few minutes this year to have MMC update the AXXA website (if they really own MMC). And, what is REAXXA?

Optimism shrank to .0008 in 2024 so it may be time to move on.

No one is questioning your logic except that if what the company is saying is fictitious and they are selling CD's then that would change your whole argument.

They have said they would be doing a buyback.
The buyback instead has been replaced by a tremendous jump in the share structure.
(that is contradictory) from what I see here. Usually (ALWAYS) a buyback makes the share structure a lot smaller.
What was the motive for them talking about a share buyback. To temporarily get the share price to jump up?

Where is the auditing on this company. There are no checks and balances without an audit to keep the company honest.
When is this going to happen?

If what the company said is on the up and up they had better start being more transparent to its shareholders on a more frequent basis.

A friend asked me if there's anything positive about AXXA, I said yes! I can count on the capital-loss $3,000 income deduction on my 1040 every year.
Now, if the congress/IRS would just raise that limit AXXA would be even more useful! 💰

This is bottom line- no shares bought back, authorized share number increased, evidently no new deal finalized that they recently mentioned, no sale of one business that they mentioned they received interest in, and no audit completed in one individual business. Me thinks they throw out “soft info” when they need to dilute with new shares saying it “might” happen, but knowing it won’t happen. It would be better if they just didn’t tweet those kind of updates. JMHO

Yes, but they are going to start auditing the whole company in 2025. It may take 5-10 years, but at least it will be the whole company. Isn't that a good thing?
