I find this funny.....
A) A company runs a HIGH quality, high dollar stock promotion, where volume comes in, the amount of selling is minimal, the pps goes UP and OTC traders have a chance to actually make money.....90% of the time will get a CE and/or suspended by the regulators.
B) A company runs a LOW quality, low dollar stock promotion, where volume comes in but the price does not really go up due to large amounts of dumping, this will generally only get a stock promotion flag at OTC Markets and rarely ever suspended.
C) A company that does No stock promotion, however, dumps massive amounts of shares into the market at any price and everyone but the insiders lose money....this gets nothing from the regulators or OTC Marktes...as this is OK.
Question is....what difference does it make..?? In all of these scenarios insiders dump and make money.....only in the case of scenario A, traders also get a chance to make money as well, yet these are the ONLY ones they want to stop.....wonder why that is...hmmm..??
Anyone who thinks the regulators and OTC Markets stop high dollar stock promotions to 'protect investors' is delusional.

If it does not get suspended, then there may be a remote chance at getting the CE removed someday, however, it does not look good right now, as there is likely going to be a huge pps correction.
That's the danger in these, its fun while it lasts but either OTC Markets or the regulators tend to shut them down pretty fast, as these types of promotions are very easy to spot, especially on new issue like this.

The 10K had a typo in the outstanding shares count, so OTC Markets 'Security Details' now shows it as 62,240,000 when in reality it should have been 6,240,000.... so that plus the additional 6M for the acquisition of Bret leaves an o/s of 12,240,000.
Its an A.I/ carbon credit company, not sure anything else like this exists on the OTC.
No liquidity though of course, these are the top 5 highest volume days.....
