There is not always a sequel,not even close to always tbh..Lots of tickers have went dead and stayed dead for years without the dream ending your wishing for..

Float is around 715m, it would probably take a year to clean this up but getting it current and into shell status, change the ticker symbol, someone could make this a real Cinderella story.

It’s never done. I had one, GMZP, was grey sheets for 15 years. Now it’s Pink Current through the custodianship process and I’m up a ton… it would take a lot of effort here, but it’s a good share structure and the real CEO might be willing to work with a new owner to clean it up.

No, he had to disgorge profits, pay a fine and got banned from trading penny stocks for a while. Basically a slap on the wrist.

i flipped it numerous times daily..Because i seen the redflags and who was involved..All the fake crap OC pulled and some still pushed it after the fact in hopes of dumping on newbies and saving loss's IMO..

Seriously the guy was indicted and the charges were put forth for everyone to see,they were laid out to $ value he made and how he traded it..So how anyone could think he was still going to do something here and save everyone was just niave

The hope here is someone takes custodianship of the stock, cleans it up, and gets it current. Otherwise it’s done.
