Brandon Maier and Aaron Golbin, key members of LvlUp Ventures, were appointed as advisors to ARAX approximately one year ago.

One hypothesis, if we consider a very optimistic scenario, is that the failure to file financial reports may have been done at their instruction.

A possible purpose for this could be to strategically downgrade to the expert market, halt trading of ARAX shares, and acquire the stock privately.

Total, complete and utter f*cking bullish*t!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a complete and utter fraud - unless - they can get this current again and trading higher.
