I suspect Tony is such a narcissist he somehow thinks the company is still operating. Never mind the company doesn't really own anything. He started a series of posts on X making excuses for some of the purchases . Come to find out this one didn't go through, that one didn't, and they rescinded another. None of this was Apple Rush 's fault of course. So here we sit. Tony seemingly in hiding and he has X as his platform. I can't wait to see if he ever posts again. Knowing him he will probably keep talking real estate, new products, you name it. And of course more orders for canning. There is huge money in the canning business. Just think, if Apple Rush profited .10 a can. On a 70,000 can order that would be $700 profit. Maybe that will get Tony some gas and another cheeseburger. I am not sure how it helps the 6,000,000,000 outstanding shares. I guess that is Tony's game. If there really is a 70,000 can order Tony makes $700. Anyway, I say this company is dead. I don't think Tony could ever convince Warren Buffet to invest a nickel in Apple Rush.

He isn't required to post updates?
APRU doesn’t meet the threshold that REQUIRES periodic updates, unless you look at the number of shareholders, but the SEC has been clear as mud about that. The number of shareholders that trigger reporting requirements seems to be a moving target and the SEC has been quite inconsistent, so good luck with that.
Also, the FBI wouldn’t be the one to look at any wrongdoing here, it would be the SEC, as they deal with fraud involving companies that issue securities, whether private or public companies.
Now, the SEC might invite the FBI to help, or the FBI might be looking at something else and alert the SEC that they’ve uncovered something for them to look into.
The only real recourse investors have is to sue, but you can only recoup what you’ve lost and it could take years to litigate and collect, but of course the latter may never happen.

REMEMBER THIS ONE OH GULLIBLE ONES!!!!!!!
Apple Rush’s Carbonated Alcohol Beverage Plans
Apple Rush Company, Inc. (APRU) has not developed a carbonated alcohol drink exactly like White Claw, but it has pursued a similar category through its Hard Rush™ brand.
Hard Rush is a fruit and seltzer-based cocktail with about 6% alcohol, designed to appeal to the flavored alcoholic beverage market that White Claw and other hard seltzers target www.veganstreetmedia.com+1. It comes in multiple fruit flavors — including apple, black cherry, blueberry, and pomegranate — and is sold in 11.5 oz cans and 4-packs Yahoo Finance. Pomegranate juice is a key ingredient in the formula, and the company has also indicated development of an American Ginseng flavor.
The brand is positioned as a low-calorie, fruit-infused alcoholic drink, similar in concept to White Claw but with a higher alcohol content. Apple Rush and its joint owner, Hard Rush, Inc., plan to expand with additional flavors, a low-calorie version, and international distribution, including Japan.
In short, while Apple Rush hasn’t launched a direct White Claw clone, it has entered the carbonated alcoholic beverage space with Hard Rush, aiming to capture a share of the flavored hard seltzer market with a slightly higher alcohol content and fruit-based profiles.

I wouldn’t put it that way Grant, but I…..
do get your point.
No one deserves to be lied to, but it’s a teachable moment.
I would say you reap what you sow when you choose not to do your DD. Heck, I even provided email addresses and phone numbers for County Clerks.
I’m not the smartest person in the room, but I have learned from my mistakes. I’ve drunk the OTC Kool-Aid before too, which is what brought me here. I only planned to say beware of Alonzo Pierce and all hell broke loose.
GL every one.

You guys just find me the first message
Why should others do this for you? Just go to hedge's posting history, scroll back a few years, and look for the first message in which he posted about Tony's bogus claims and that $APRU didn't own any part of Lena, or Stotland Trucking, or anything else.
I was on the wrong side of this company, giving Tony the benefit of the doubt for too long even though I smelled a rat, maybe several rats, long ago. I think Tony signing a blank piece of paper and claiming it was a contract with Lena, not to mention a poor camera angle, may have been what opened my eyes. However, I continued to be in denial about this company and Tony. It's a little embarrassing to admit, but I just admitted it.
GL in your search.

That’s where you start your basic DD. Apple……
Rush has not been able to legally conduct business in Illinois for over 15 years, yet Tony not only said they were but that they also owned Lena.
The corporate documents of Lena, the hemp farm, the trucking company, Elev8, and I’m sure there are others Tony mentioned never showed any acquisitions or a change of control.
Tony didn’t even have control of APRU. Whoever he paid (assuming he wasn’t lying about that) to cancel their Preferred A shares apparently took the money and ran and never surrendered their Certs.
Whenever Tony announced a deal was completed I would check the jurisdiction of the supposed acquired entity. Nothing ever jived with his claims and I would share it here.
And instead getting a thank you…….well, you know.
Happy Monday!

Google says they’re open right now and……
the state shows their licenses are active.
If your money was taken, as you suggested, reach out to Ross.
But since you have questions, I suspect what actually happened was someone gave Tony the money to give to Ross to buy out the other owners. When Ross figured out Tony was full of it and didn’t actually control APRU, he had to sell the Lena property to pay back whomever it was that gave Tony the $755K.
The property sold for $1MM, so whatever other debts Ross had mentioned in the filing I linked, must have been enough to get some things straightened out at Lena.
Just a hunch. Ross has to be in a bit of a pinch to deal with Tony. And wasn’t it some guy name Dick Bickle that brought Tony and Ross together?
Regardless, we know APRU’s revs posted by Tony were bogus, along with the claims of APRU owning Lena, but someone(s) gave Tony the $755K.
