What I am saying is any acquisition is recorded in its jurisdiction. Investors can and should verify the claims, ESPECIALLY claims by OTC CEO’s and their affiliates.

I explained more than once here that there was no record of Stotland being acquired by APRU. The typical response was, well Hedge we all know the government is slow or some BS like that. I don’t disagree that the government is slow, but when Stotland’s annual filing is submitted months later and APRU is still not listed as the owner or manager, well then, we have a problem.

It’s easy to blame Tony, and he’s certainly a POS, but we all have to take responsibility for our own actions. No one holds a gun to our heads and makes us buy. That’s on us, that’s all I’m saying.

In this case, there was red flag after red flag.

Why would anyone believe it? When on the OTC website there is an official press release that says something like the company purchased Stotland Trucking. Tony then goes into great detail to describe it all and tout the purchase. Most people do live in a world where there is some trust in someone's word. And who seriously would think someone would make up a straight ass lie like that? A CEO literally would take the risk? Only one sick twisted bastard would that.

You need to have your own head checked if you don't think Tony was the problem. I hope one day someone taps him on the shoulder for an in person explanation.

I wonder what long list of psychiatric conditions Tony would be diagnosed with if he were evaluated? I bet it would be a dandy of a long list. Even when it was shown for about two years that Ross and others still owned Lena, several longs mocked any suggestion that the state of Illinois had accurate records.

There are other examples, but Tony obviously thought his marks were either ignorant or somehow felt special because he talked to them on the phone, or both.

The only thing helpful here other than Tony getting put in prison would be for somebody to find him and........

I wonder if Tony ever thought about the consequences of his actions? There could be a lot of potential ramifications of being a compulsive liar who steals other people's money.

The issue is enforcement. I recall years ago MRIB saying they got a letter from FINRA clearing them about a contract they claimed they had for so many cases of vodka from a Latin American country. Typical Tony like BS. Their CA liquor license had expired, eventually did get renewed, but during that time they touted one contract after another that never came to fruition. They even talked like they had a license.

I "ASSume" there must have been a letter from FINRA, because to suggest such could have been fatal for the stock. If FINRA reviewed any of their statements, there should have been some sort of reprimand.

Not sure what FINRA was doing reviewing there, it seems there should have been a referral to the SEC, but who knows.

All that said, Tony made plenty of statements to give people pause, but folks want to get rich quick, and he appealed that.

Just in retrospect to any legal issue with Tony, the OTC is a breeding ground for deception.  The SEC basically slaps these so called CEO’s on the wrist. In comparison, and this person makes Tony look like a cubscout, check out Bruce Perlowin CEO of HEMP INC. If ya think Tony is going to prison for any of this, you’re wrong!

But the "growing revenues" claim is as fishy as the claim that APRU owns Lena Brewing.

If this goes to trips, I'll buy 5 million more shares. I get people's frustrations with Tony, but the business is growing and there are actual revenues. Not to mention the more Ross is involved, the better.

I suspect Tony is such a narcissist he somehow thinks the company is still operating. Never mind the company doesn't really own anything. He started a series of posts on X making excuses for some of the purchases . Come to find out this one didn't go through, that one didn't, and they rescinded another. None of this was Apple Rush 's fault of course. So here we sit. Tony seemingly in hiding and he has X as his platform. I can't wait to see if he ever posts again. Knowing him he will probably keep talking real estate, new products, you name it. And of course more orders for canning. There is huge money in the canning business. Just think, if Apple Rush profited .10 a can. On a 70,000 can order that would be $700 profit. Maybe that will get Tony some gas and another cheeseburger. I am not sure how it helps the 6,000,000,000 outstanding shares. I guess that is Tony's game. If there really is a 70,000 can order Tony makes $700. Anyway, I say this company is dead. I don't think Tony could ever convince Warren Buffet to invest a nickel in Apple Rush.

as a civil matter is in part what attracts fraudsters to the OTC.

While the SEC cannot file criminal charges, these actions seek civil remedies to hold violators accountable and protect investors.

GL obtaining a remedy. I for one think many OTC fraudsters should be in jail. Too bad it’s quite rare, though it does happen.

Tony probably likes to push the idea these are "civil" matters. I would beg to differ. When you are running a pump and dump scheme you are committing crimes like wire fraud, fraud and money laundering. Plus other crimes that can absolutely land you in the penitentiary. That is exactly where Tony should be. We will see if any traction can be gained for someone to take an interest and launch a full blown investigation. Look at the poor sap who Tony already screwed. Civil gets you nowhere with Tony.

Beyond that, I wouldn’t let Tony’s past actions determine your day to day. He’s not worth it.

I came to this board because supposedly Tony was going to do a deal with another fraudster named Alonzo Pierce, who has seen at least 3 of his tickers go to the Grey/Expert Market.

I simply came here to warn folks about Alonzo and all hell broke loose. I didn’t even know who Tony was.

Regardless, I invested a lot of time helping Alonzo with corporate issues mostly. I was owed compensation but when I realized he was just another OTC clown CEO I walked away. I’m not hard up for that kind of money.

Typically these issues are considered civil and not criminal so jail time is not in the cards.

I have printed off every lie Tony posted on OTC.com and other places. We will see what happens with my SEC complaint. My next two stops are the FBI field office and any local investigator in Tony's home town that will look at my file. If I can do anything about the crook I will.

Occam's Razor says Tony is a lying piece of poop crook who has scammed money for years from unsuspecting suckers. Apparently he learned to exploit posting lies as legit information on OTC.com and this inflated the stock price. He sold billions of shares into the market until a few of the investors determined it was all lies. I would say Tony should be hiding under a rock with his head held low. Unfortunately he is still out there looking for a way to scam his next victim.

I read on another forum that someone said they had messaged the Apple Rush Facebook about a month ago asking if this business was still in operation and they just got an answer saying "yes" and if they had any questions to call Tony.

He was posting on X about 50,000 and 70,000 can orders in February......I am sure he was telling the truth. 🤥

APRU doesn’t meet the threshold that REQUIRES periodic updates, unless you look at the number of shareholders, but the SEC has been clear as mud about that. The number of shareholders that trigger reporting requirements seems to be a moving target and the SEC has been quite inconsistent, so good luck with that.

Also, the FBI wouldn’t be the one to look at any wrongdoing here, it would be the SEC, as they deal with fraud involving companies that issue securities, whether private or public companies.

Now, the SEC might invite the FBI to help, or the FBI might be looking at something else and alert the SEC that they’ve uncovered something for them to look into.

The only real recourse investors have is to sue, but you can only recoup what you’ve lost and it could take years to litigate and collect, but of course the latter may never happen.

Why should others do this for you? Just go to hedge's posting history, scroll back a few years, and look for the first message in which he posted about Tony's bogus claims and that $APRU didn't own any part of Lena, or Stotland Trucking, or anything else.

I was on the wrong side of this company, giving Tony the benefit of the doubt for too long even though I smelled a rat, maybe several rats, long ago. I think Tony signing a blank piece of paper and claiming it was a contract with Lena, not to mention a poor camera angle, may have been what opened my eyes. However, I continued to be in denial about this company and Tony. It's a little embarrassing to admit, but I just admitted it.

Rush has not been able to legally conduct business in Illinois for over 15 years, yet Tony not only said they were but that they also owned Lena.

The corporate documents of Lena, the hemp farm, the trucking company, Elev8, and I’m sure there are others Tony mentioned never showed any acquisitions or a change of control.

Tony didn’t even have control of APRU. Whoever he paid (assuming he wasn’t lying about that) to cancel their Preferred A shares apparently took the money and ran and never surrendered their Certs.

Whenever Tony announced a deal was completed I would check the jurisdiction of the supposed acquired entity. Nothing ever jived with his claims and I would share it here.

And instead getting a thank you…….well, you know.
