American Fusion is a publicly traded "company" making extraordinary claims. It's up to them to back those claims up with extraordinary evidence to back those claims up. Instead, investors get nothing that shows they can build a working fusion reactor. It's ridiculous for them to claim "it works" by just saying it works. Obviously, it doesn't otherwise they would provide the proof. They don't provide proof because they can't. It's a big fat lie. Securities fraud... A scam. There is plenty of evidence that proves that it is a scam. A scam run by known fraudsters...

The absence of evidence is itself evidence of deception when the claims are as extreme as “working aneutronic fusion reactors” and “solid-state fusion chips.”

The Texatron is a scam.

The Texatron doesn't even make sense from a physics standpoint. And that’s the part AMFN "investors" can’t engage with because they don’t understand the physics well enough to even see the contradictions.

1. Toroidal chamber with no magnetic coils.

A torus cannot confine plasma without:

toroidal field coils
poloidal field coils
shaping coils
divertors
magnetic shear

Texatron has none of these.

A torus with no magnetic fields is just a metal donut full of hot gas.

2. Rifled interior surface

Rifling affects solids and fluids with viscosity.
Plasma is:

collisionless
magnetically dominated
not wall-following
not pressure-driven

Plasma does not follow rifling.

It does not “spin” because of grooves in a wall.

This is basic plasma behavior.

3. Pulsed electrical energy
Pulsed power can:

ionize gas
create arcs
generate transient currents

But it cannot:

heat ions to fusion temperatures
confine plasma
create stable vortices
produce aneutronic fusion

Pulsed arcs are chaotic, not confining.

4. No confinement mechanism
Fusion requires:

high temperature
high density
long confinement time

Texatron has:

no magnetic confinement
no inertial confinement
no electrostatic confinement
no magneto-inertial compression

Without confinement, fusion is impossible.

This is not controversial — it’s the Lawson criterion.


5. Aneutronic fusion requires 600 million K

p–¹¹B fusion needs:

600,000,000 K
(50–200 keV ion energies)

Texatron has never claimed:

1 million K. 100,000 K or even 10,000 K...

Their patent describes no heating mechanism capable of reaching fusion temperatures.

6. No alpha-particle handling
Aneutronic fusion produces alpha particles.

Texatron has:

no alpha detectors
no alpha channels
no direct energy conversion
no alpha confinement geometry

Aneutronic fusion without alpha handling is physically incoherent.

Bottom Line

Everything I’ve said about Texatron “not making sense” comes directly from the physics described in the patent:

A torus with no magnetic fields cannot confine plasma.
Rifling does not affect plasma.
Pulsed arcs cannot reach fusion temperatures.
Aneutronic fusion requires temperatures Texatron cannot produce.
The patent describes no mechanism for confinement, heating, or alpha extraction.

The physics doesn’t work because the patent’s own description doesn’t contain any mechanism that could work.

It's nothing but science fiction to sell worthless stock. It will never work and wasn't even ever intended to ever work.

It's a scam. And that's why they can't get big money from the private sector. It's a scam.
