I've estimated around 115,000.
That is based on the last 10Q filed before the reverse split of 1:8000.

The last reported O/S before the split was 925,972,018 (as of 6/30/2012)

Divide that by the 8000 of the R/S and you get around 115k.

Does anyone know how many shares they have? I have like 87 shares from after they did that reverse split the last time

Artistmss International (OTCPK:AIGI) appointed Kenyatto Jones as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of the Company effective immediately.

Prior to joining AIGI, he held high-level management positions with numerous companies in the direct sales and high-tech industries.

The Company intends to move forward by updating its financial and disclosure reporting with OTC Markets, Inc. in order to attain “Current Information” status.

The Company intends to change its name to RCoin Holdings, Inc., subject to approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Has anyone been able to buy more shares I tried to get more to go with the old ones at .14,.20 and .51 but none went through.

As of the last posted report, 6/30/2012, before the R/S, they showed O/S of 925,972,018 shares.

If you divide that by the 1/8000 reverse, you get approximately 115k as th post split O/S.

The mysterious "Mr. Kim" used to return my emails with short messages that they were still in business and working on things.

My emails stopped being returned mid year, and no action here means it is over. Hopefully it's a shell that someone can pick up but after that obscene R/S it won't be worth anything to us bagholders.
