How hard are they actually trying...I would like to hear some of these ongoing negotiation discussions between management and these toxic lenders as to solving this issue...such words are easy to hocker into a press release.

The only thing that makes me potentially believe the dilution issue will be resolved in 2026 is the press release stating they are in ongoing negotiations of the legacy debt. If they actually succeed at substantially reducing or repacking these into preferred instruments for example, a major risk has been averted and the share price could definitely adjust to said outcome in a positive manner.

I understand there has been persistent shareholder dilution ongoing. That said, it looks as though the average daily volume is approximately 100k shares.

The math isn't mathin' in other words. Why aren't these toxic lenders dumping more into the bid? You would think they would take whatever bid they can get but then again there are ongoing negotiations behind the scenes.

I just find it interesting that the volume has really tapered off here. And at a $100k market cap I mean even to 10x from current levels the leverage is absolutely bonkers and only a $1 million market cap (assuming no more dilution which yes I know is unlikely).

Agreed this has been a complete disaster. One thing I keep staring at though is the ridiculously cheap $112k market cap. Granted, the SS hasn't been updated since 06/05 so I'm reasonably expecting a higher number with the next update than the 15,032,975 currently.

It's a big risk, but let's say much of this convertible debt actually gets resolved and we begin to see momentum with the company.

How undervalued would $AFFU be in that scenario? It's anyone's guess. But my guess is that we would see a share price that is much, much higher. Hell, dilute this thing to a $500k market cap at the current price and we are still only at a $5 million valuation if it 10x's from current levels.

At a certain point, despite the notable risk, the pricing just gets silly imho...I'm going to roll the dice and play a little monopoly.

There is a fair argument that management could have done more to connect the dots for investors. For example, many shareholders would likely have welcomed detailed updates on:

Current price is equivalent to presplit 0.00001 (an extra zero instead of just .0001) and as of the most recent update, the market cap is less than $200,000.

If news comes out that they actually resolve the dilution issue and positive developments occur, this could rip to dollars with the current SS imho...

15 million OS currently. It looks like a slow bleed on the OS at least for right now. If they keep it under 50 or 100 million perhaps they can work a miracle. If they let it bleed into the billions watch another reverse split.

I'll give you guys the fact that we traded a whopping 363,053 shares but what is that maximum in terms of dollar volume about $4500?

I mean there will most likely be some dilution hitting the tape with that volume, but a few hundred thousand at best. We know retail folds the float often times and the volume has been relatively low so it's like a slow bleed.

I stand by ready to purchase only because I have nothing to lose so I will be your market maker perhaps.
