Why on earth are you on an OTC pink sheet stock message board relying on them for interpretation and understanding? They are taking advantage of you.

Naught for nothing, what was that kumbaya moment earlier with TJ and PB all about ?
PB mentioned after 25 yrs he hasn't had much success. Probably a student of TJ looking to bullsh-it people to try to make money off of them. 
The irony is that I was accused of having a character flaw, go figure. 


I understand I was never held in high regard in this group over the past couple years, but at least I was honest but nobody in a messsg board cares. 
Maybe we can salvage something out of this.

For want of a better word I'll call it an anomaly.

In latest filing, the first nine entries are for a LOAN EXTENSION of 63,000,000 restricted shares except for James Vandenberg who makes AFFU a LOAN (presumably his first) in exchange for 15,000,000 restricted shares. Further down Michael Balkin makes a BRIDGE LOAN for 8,000,000 restricted shares . The last three entries in the table of issued shares should look familiar they are for Doug Stukel, Bosak-Porter Realty and George Mellon. These repeat parties represent 14,000,500 restricted shares. They are issued for DEBT RESTRUCTURING.

In summation these cumulative notes of debt all add up to 100,000,500 restricted shares AFFU owes.

This debt anomaly cunningly coincides with MTi's elephant in the room DIGIBRIKS being reopened.

This group hasn't been right what will come next twice in a row now so I won't say this comes next. But I will say the following could explain why AFFU's recent evolvements has been so difficult to predict.

It is with reasonable probability however that soon I speculate DIGIBRIKS will have (at least) one company within it's grasp. Fish ON🪝

It wasn't just a bad quarter it was a total loss when the Durham merger fell through. There must have been expenses in the DB merger as well not just lost business. It's not outside the realm of reality that because AFFU was so absorbed in DB Merger they lost contracts and/or customers.

You said Durham deal fell through 20 times that Patrick could not obtain the funding.

Risk I never said Covid had anything to do with the recent revenue being low in the last quarterly report. It was all from the Merger and the NDA

Probably wasn't Patrick to blame on the Durham merger unwind. Patrick was probably good at getting funding but the who in their right mind wants to invest 22 million in a non revenue making company hence he backed out of the deal. I said the 16,000 revenue in the quarter was probably Jim selling company car and reported as income as he doesn't have to state where the income came from if I'm not mistaken. No sarcasm intended

Yes Golf certainly a concern but I have never looked at financials posted. I am giving the benefit of the doubt to the company that their must some real explanation to this. Also as TJ said Covid and unwind might have created some financial loss?? Or they are included some way in the financial?? All I am speculating and yes I see these are valid questions my friend that need to be addressed by the company 
Having said that I am now only looking  for the eventual plan and release which hopefully explains how these  revenues (if any)  include in US financials.

Lockdown is BS. Companies run normal operating operations when the owners are discussing mergers behind closed company. I can see lockdown of PR's not company ceasing operations lol. That is crazy. Stephane probably lost his job since he "wasn't needed anymore".  OneMind hasn't been doing squat.

I want to ask you point blank, As a fellow investor do you not care at all about the revenue decrease or lack thereof ?? If you read this message and respond and tell me you Don't Care and have Zero interest in what happened during the quarter for the rev to be so low and that I shouldn't be bringing the rev subject(public knowledge, not opinion) then I will rid you of myself once and for all from the board as the last 2 years on here would be a total waste being amongst so called fellow investors that don't care about these details. 
Plus my wife thinks I'm having an affair and texting other women since she sees me on the phone the past couple weeks much more than usual.

I find it hilarious that PB called me out on revenue. Gee, I don't know why an investor would want to check the revenue from quarter to quarter ? God forbid an investor would ask a question about the not so subtle decrease from the previous quarter.

That's why it's great to have you here. No song and dance no hidden agenda. Just facts There are pieces to the puzzle that some of us had or already know. You have  helped

I started trading in 2005 on a site called Stockwire. It was a rival to IHub but in 2007 changed from a message board to a trading platform. Myself and several others came here. There were a few people here who were very nice and they took my green ass under their wings and taught me how to trade and how to do DD. Most importantly the reason to do DD. I have been trying to payback their work by helping anyone who needs it or asks for it. It's why those names I mentioned get my utmost respect. Others, those looking to prove someone wrong or have the ability to do it but are lazy. I can do without them and I try to not let them get under my skin. But I fail at that the older I get. You don't remember but a few years back you found out I  was in Vietnam and when you found that out you were very greatfull and we had some nice discussions. I have been a fan of your work here ever since. So thanks for the DD

OneMind AI's technologies are proven and have been successfully used by Dell, so there’s no question about their value. However, since AFFU took control of OneMind, the business seems to be stuck. Part of the problem is a lack of working capital, and the attempt to form a partnership or merger has fallen through.

We already anticipate low revenue, so that's not a key issue to discuss. The Monkey bringing up negative revenue is just trying to plant doubts and distract everyone. It feels like these distractions are steering us off course. To be clear: I’m here for the merger—if it doesn't happen, I'm out.

OneMInd AI technologies platform software is not a handout merchandise for everyone to use. They won a contract worth over a million. Part of the business interruption is possible because of the previous merger. May 22, 2023 they announced a record quarterly revenue of $887,278 and a record net income of $277,685. Revenue grew by 104% over Q4 2022 and by 73% over the same time period of 2022.

They need to reorganize the merger and get the business back on track. My focus is on their AI platform technologies—if the tech is outdated, Dell won’t feature it on their website.

And what about Ignasi Vilajosana, the Interim CEO? Why would he take on the role, and what’s his motivation behind it?

First question.... Stephane was the CEO of OneMind and was put there by the company that owned OneMind and sold it to Affluence in 2020, Jim just kept him in that position... as for Ignasi I have no information on him When Stephane resigned they mad Rohan Chanmugam the interim CEO... no one knew about that until the previous quarter filing showed him as the new interim CEO... and just like he did with the Rohan announcement Ignasi was shown to be the current Interim CEO in the Quarterly report just filed ... so no idea who he is or what his connection is.

Look I get all of my information the same way you do... I dig for it... what I get from Jim is answer to simple questions that have no impact on the business... I ask and if the question is deemed not to be privileged information he answers it... My biggest mistake was posting what he tells me... that wont be happening any more you can bet on that.

However, the board, and especially TJ and OS, discussed this when they found Stephane working with the yachts and researched that he was gone, in the summer sometime, ?July. Then, a month or so later, the discussion centered on Ignasi and his qualifications and connections. I don't have search capabilities here, but you can search for those posts.

We are not close... he actually thinks I am a pain in the ass cuz I am constantly emailing him... but he answers my questions when he can because I speak to him like an adult and like I would speak to any business man in his position.. with respect... I do not spend time calling people names and waiting for others to do the work so I can question now they got it done... What your asking is and should be obvious if you simply looked at the facts of what has happened here over the past 10 months and then combine that with what happened for the two years prior.. Nov 2022 to March 2024 .

Stephane resigned..it was posted and talked about when it happened... there was a cut and paste of his resignation and new job announcement from LinkedIn when he did it.

And again I can not lay it out any more then I did... Revenue was going strong before the Durham debacle... it shut down during those 10 months ...OneMind also lost their European Sales manager during that time too... he resigned and went to work for another company... CEO resigns Sales Manager resigns... again how much more info do you need before you can put it all together... Merger...NDA.... months go by no communication from anyone associated with that merger... Unwind period... Control Issue with the OTC... then revenue collapsed ... what more do you need... Did anyone from OneMind or Affluence call me up and tell me that revenue fell because of the merger.. NO... there does that satisfy your need.

A triangular reverse merger would be powerful...as always you can see these possibilities in the making.
