It clearly explains OTCN shenanigans. It doesn't point fingers at management or MMS as many have chose to demonize. This isn't theory like you all love to speculate. It proves the market is rigged and that's what you are seeing.

Go ahead and paint Balkin as the boogeyman or insist the MM's are to blame but what is more likely corrupt MM's or the financial system hooked on borg trading profits. What is more likely every microcap owner or the market at large. Would MTi choose to share all there partners getting acquired by AFFU if it was corrupt. Somehow I don't think so!

My wife’s family had a rental equipment business back then and they took a hit.
A lot of small businesses did.

Actually by the time he got to Atlantic City he had built his first hotel the Grand Hyatt Hotel near Grand Centeal Station as well as his first Trump Tower in Manhattan. He then went to Atlantic City where he thrived and dived into BK 4 times. He then left in 2009 and with him gone Atlantic City became a bust. As much as I support him and think he is one of the top 4 presidents ever he really is a ruthless businessman. If you read about him and the wake of broken small businesses and people he left behind in Atlantic City it's easy to say he is ruthless.

He has made business decisions building the casinos that a lot of companies in Atlantic County lost a lot of money on including my family. He is best in his position now. Given the choices of voting options a lot of them same people voted for him hoping he can make America better.
We do not need him having any ownership in AFFU

Now if he wants to help Nvidia, Dell and AFFU with Smart Technologies and support the industry i am all for it!

I was just asking Meta what M.B. would acquire next. Meta's DD was confessed to be limited it thought there wasn't much to find. Anyway it chose Health Care over IofT, with a 55% nodd to Healthcare considering Trump's Stargate AI initative. Not that Meta's always right. I'm not convinced it knew AFFU had targeted the second acquisition before Stargate's fanfare. 🤷

There have been 2-3 illusvely sketchy mentions AFFU could* go into health care . One predated MB showing up (officially) if memory serves. We're on the hook on health until we hear about there US business interests IMO.

Looks like that might be Trump pulling the trigger on Crypto for equities shortly, it was in his mandate. That could be what AFFU referred too in more US business also. Are we getting led to the slaughter house on rose petals... entirely possible. There's no clear finality on anything yet, truth be told. Forward looking fables thus far all of them and that's not exaggerating.

MM's hard at work. All the bid orders that together were for around 70 million shares all at the same time change their bid to .0003 To Funny - talk about obvious. They just want it as cheep as they can get it before it takes off. I don't think a lot of the ask is going to break to accommodate them. It's pre-merger entertainment for me to watch it play out. They'll probably bump it back to .0004 first thing in the morning.

I’ve been watching that bid size grow throughout the day and never get filled = “Huge Interest” in this. All those low ask prices will vanish in seconds when the run begins. Right now the bid = 74,377,833 at .0004 and its six deep. GTSM,CDEL,CSTI,INTL,NITE,OTCN – All want some and once the news they will all be chasing it.

They usually release news every month but if you go back to last January when they announced an intent to acquire they went into a blackout period of news for 3 months. I don't think we will have a total blackout of news this time.
The last we knew was the intent of AFFU acquiring Mingothings

Jensen Huang (Nvidia CEO) is the guy who will prime AFFU into Healthcare AI if anyone does. That will automatically (ok semi-automatically) get our Edge Computing team working on the Medical AI side. Hunch Balkin has been in limbo waiting to capitalize in which way the wind blew with President Trump's plan for AI. The pregnant silence from Balkin has been killing us all. Hopefully now some direction on Acquisition #2🤔

Keep in mind this is acutely political. So you'll be left wondering about this side of AI and oh that part of AI why aren't they important. They are important of course, but never before to date will you have seen such intense focus on this one facet.

I'll be honest if AFFU was only allowed to enter one part of AI this is the one I would like to see Mike Balkin pursue. I truly hope this is the type of business Affluence is widening there horizons to enter as they turn there focus to include the USA. Hope I haven't given it away. Scroll past 28 minutes of staring into nothingness at an empty podium (no idea why) to hear the best news I've heard in a very long time.
