Red Beryl Mining Company, Inc. has made the decision to move away from AFFL as a potential long-term investment opportunity. We were unable to reach a satisfactory agreement on equity terms with the current shell owners. Additionally, the prolonged uncertainty regarding what AFFL will ultimately be consummated with has further contributed to our decision.

As we near key milestones on several of our core investments ( $BYRG $BRGC $XTPT $SDRC )—specifically projects approaching revenue generation ( $SDRC $XTPT )—we believe it is in the best interest of our shareholders and strategic vision to focus our attention and resources on initiatives we have direct guidance and control over. This includes $PTEL, our newest project, which is already progressing with clarity and momentum.

We appreciate the engagement with $AFFL and truly wish all parties involved the best in their future development.
