Thanks for the info and links. The good thing, I guess, is that the current custodians of ACAI already did a reverse split, the float is very low and the new owner will inherit about $75 million in NOLs.

Coming up on three years since Arcaro sold the BIPH shell to Safeplus and still no merger announcement. Usually when a shell is purchased, there's a merger announcement very soon after. No idea why they keep this current and alive???
