Has anyone heard anything about this symbol...It is a shell imo....I thought maybe someone might get the shell and look for a merger to bring this back to life...I saw 5000 traded this morning but it was at the .0011 bid price so someone sold? I have shares going back to 2014 and will not sell because it is not worth the money to sell so I hold .....just waiting to see if this can be brought back to pink otc...any views would be welcome...

Whos the bad guy here? someone who's neglected the ticker so bad that the court awarded custodianship... or someone who took over the custodianship to create value for the shareholders?

To whom it may concern.
18 months ago, Angela Collette has filed custodianship of this company, unbeknownst to me.
I have sought to come to an agreement with Collete. Collette had sold this entity to Harry Zhang. His name is searchable under drone services in WYOMING now.
I called Harry Zhang and he is aware of the custodial action and is dismissive of my previous presidency as well as Joel Bredow's presidency.

There has been numerous calls about the company and directed to my home phone number. All i can say is that it was court ordered to give custody to Collette.

The debt by Villotis and the other debts are still diarized and in my possession, passed on from Bredow to me.

The new president is either unaware or unwilling to communicate with me about the preferred share and the debts. I am assuming that if he does not hear about it, he will use a particular article statute in Universal Commercial Code to write it off. If this is the case, then that would not be correct and accurate to use a legal opinion to write it off.

That is all i can say about the circumstance. Collette issued a cease and desist 1 year ago when I inquired about how she wants to proceed and now that verbal TRO is over so hence why I write to this board now.

My only issues is the otc markets page says dark/defunct and caveat emptor. No updated info since 2015.

The AS was already split and done 1:260 in 2015 approved by FINRA then subsequently increased to 400 mil. The SS indicated on OTCM is accurate.

The stock was split on 4/20/2015 down to 50 mil AS. On 4/29/2015 the AS was increased to 400 mil...... the share structure listed by the transfer agent is accurate. There is no RS coming as some will have others believe, this was already DONE and approved by FINRA 5 years ago, then legally reinstated and moved to Wyoming. We’re looking at a 50 mil float that is clearly locked.

It means it's a fraud.
